Greatly enjoyed my stay at Mill Creek Campground, and it's a perfectly convenient location to visit Jedediah Smith Redwoods Park (if that popular campground is all booked) and to visit Crescent City. My pull-in site was basic (heavy-duty timber picnic table) and fairly level. Water faucets and garbage / recycling bins are interspersed between clusters of campsites. Toilet and shower facilities were well maintained. Just note: Mill Creek Campground is in a super-densely forested, younger-Redwoods and tall pines deep canyon; so: "No Service" (at least with my Verizon, which is really fine with me); it stays fairly moist; and even on sunny days your daylight will be a bit dimmer (thickly shaded) and shorter than usual.
