Gettysburg Inn — Hotel in Cumberland Township

Most horrible experience at a hotel I've ever had .the room they gave me an my fiance shouldn't even be considered a room it was a shed outback made of plywood. An once we entered the shed things got even worst there were bed bugs an mice everywhere .the curtain alone had over a hundred bugs.at this point it hadn't even been 10 minutes since we paid for the room .so we whent back into the check-in office to request a refund an explain that there were bugs everywhere so we could just go to a different hotel . the owners refused to refund us for the room or give us any of our money back even after physically seeing...

These people are the most ignorant bunch to even run a place that supposed to be helping the public. My mother in law called to ask questions about probably renting a room. My wife has a registered service dog when we try to explain they hung up on us. I would never ever think about renting from them again. I hope they are happy with themselves just remember karma will come this place needs to be reported to the health department and the better...
