Palace Inn Motel — Hotel in Dallas

This location is horrible I would not recommend I came In and the guy said I could only rent room 2 hours at a time so it would be 10 an hour so I agreed for 2 hours the door had no lock so idk how I'd be able to sleep at night the room smelled horrible walked in the bathroom and there was used razors in the bathroom the sheets smelled used so didn't even sleep I was not able to stay for more than an hour went to the guy and said that I would like to get money back for the other hour he said no all sells final l. I will say do not come here specially not if you have children a motel 8 is much better...

Well let me start by saying that they're illegal by reading to our rooms second they have cockroaches from hell all over the place they have bed bugs digimaster you can put a saddle on them and ride them and last but surely not least I mean any of the bathroom sinks work water covering the floor and well let me just see you can walk from the bed to the bathroom and back and the bottom of your feet or as black as coal thank you...

Didn't notice any bug bites, clean floors but sheets didn't look that clean. Had a small bleach smell in the room. TV played something inappropriate when turned on but after changing it I couldn't figure out the TV. Has free wifi, very close to a gas station, people were friendly but stare sometimes. What you would expect for 70 bucks a night. Not bad, rooms were under construction and no problems. Great place to stay for...
