Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

This supposedly the "Chicken Teriyaki Protein Bowl." A friend of mine order this. You would expect the chicken & vegetables be fresh smh.... sadly it wasn't. When she went inside, she stated ALL the vegetables containers frozen and it was thawing out. Now we can't assume it was the employees that did it or mb it was the night crew but it don't matter. Subway is franchise as "FRESH" not advertising as "FROZEN" food. My friend & I never had any problem with any other Subway til today. I've Come to this Subway 3 Sundays in a Row I've used Coupons last 2 Today I was told I couldn't use coupons , the coupon does not state that I cannot get a steak Cheese sub North is there any sign posted in this restaurant that says you cannot use coupons on certain subs . on 3/1/24 at 7:55i did a online order and had to take it back to subway because one of the sandwiches was toasted too hard could not even eat it. The other sandwich had Jalapeño peppers that was not ordered for the sandwich.
