Great Lil Old Fashioned Motor lodge. Great for motorcycles, large Motor homes or Tractor trailer. Large gravel parking lot to handle anything you drive. Tell them KEG sent you for a great room rate for a 2 Queen room to sleep 4 for around $100. This is a basic nothing fancy but clean and maintained rooms. Flat screen TV with Roku connected. Small fridge, microwave with a table and chairs. They have a covered picnic tables pavilion w/charcoal grills and several fire pits No coffee maker in room. But they sell that in the Gas & Convenient Store out front. Around 5:30-6 am They have awesome Hot biscuits w/ Tenderloin, chicken, BEC, sausage egg and my fav steak egg and cheese 🧀 the kitchen opens around Noon for those craving for a pizza 🍕 near the park. Just up the road on your way to the park is a Horse stable for a trail ride thru the woods. These are great over looked gem's operated by local ppl. Diamonds in the rough 🎶🎼🤠🇺🇸

Old style motel but clean with a nice wifi connection. Family friendly place with a nice grill in the nicely stocked convenience store. The Way Inn has a area to have a campfire and you can grill out on the outdoor grills. This place is convenient to the Dead Zero Shooting Park and offers a quality stay at a reasonable price. Thank you for hosting the Georgia Shooting Connection live meet. Hopefully this will be the first of many years to come. I would like to add the electrical outlets do need to be changed out. You insert a charger or plug intonthe outlet and it falls out from a loose outlet.

Independently-owned, gem of an establishment amongst few near that I have to call "competition" for a lack of a better word, that merely pal, at best, in comparison. The owners & staff are literally head & shoulders above said "competition." Excellent customer service skills, and genuinely appear happy to be there. Cannot take that with me after 25+ yrs in hospitality industry. Fall Creek Falls a scant 4mi away. Very clean rooms, store, & parking lot. I'll go out of my way to be an ongoing patron of these very fine people in the middle of God's country, aka "Middle Tennessee."

This is hands down the worst place we have ever stayed. We reserved for 3 nights over the phone, but let the owner know that we may just stay 1 night, depending on how long our RV was in the shop. When we got there and checked in, the room we got was nothing like the pictures posted online by the owners. Our sheets were stained, there were many bugs in the room, no Wi-Fi (although the sign outside advertised it) and the whole place FELT VERY SHADY. The room smelled funky, there were numerous cigarette burns in the carpet, you had to yank open the bathroom door, because it stuck really bad, the shower had hair in it, I could go on and on. We got in late one night and when got up the next morning and walked to the owners store next door, they were talking loudly about "charging the room that checked in the night before" because it was 15 minutes past check out. I spoke up and told the owner that we were the people she was talking about and explained that we had gotten in late and were deciding our plans. She was very rude, insisting that we had agreed to pay for 3 nights, showing no concern for our situation at all, just concern for profit. I told her that if that was her understanding, then we would be happy to pay for two nights, and that we would be checking out ASAP. She asked for me to let her know if we do indeed leave, because she can rent that room again. Again, her only concern was PROFIT, NOT customer service. No one ever asked how our stay was, or if we needed anything, etc.. After housekeeping cleaned the room, we had "new stained sheets" on the bed. We could not leave quickly enough. We ended up paying for two nights that we did not use, and spent those nights at the Inn at Falls Creek, which was...

The Way Inn Location: Spencer, Tennessee, United States, North America Title: Watch Out for 72 hour cancellation Policy ID#: 198692971

I made a reservation for 1 night at The Way Inn because there were not 2 consecutive nights available for a pet-friendly room for part of our family at our preferred accommodation. I was not informed of their cancellation policy when booking over the phone, nor was I directed to information on their website about it. When we learned that our preferred accommodation did have a pet -friendly room available for both nights, and attempted to cancel 48 hours, I was informed I could reschedule and did so, as nearby Falls Creek State Park is a gorgeous part of TN that deserves repeat visits. Not able to keep the re-scheduled reservation, I called 6 days ahead to cancel, and was told the supervisor would return my call. When I had heard nothing back after 2 working days, I phoned back today to enquire, and was exposed to a harsh, loud angry diatribe by the person, who repeatedly interrupted, insulted me, then hung up. As a frequent traveler to hotels, as well as private inns, and bed and breakfast,I have never encountered this degree of unprofessional, strident behavior, and felt verbally assaulted. At the time of this writing, I am not certain that I will receive the refund minus booking fee that I was given to understand was...

The ABSOLUTE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE KINDEST HOUSEKEEPER! If I were the owners(who own a franchise of comfort inn in Chattanooga) should be ashamed of themselves. This place could be the bomb.com if some $ was invested. The housekeeper has seriously minimal resources to work with. She gets the hand-me-downs from the comfort inn when they are soiled becz you cannot use them and keep the franchise name. The housekeeper which by the way is sadly the only employee except the store clerk at the gas station who checks you in. Grossly underpaid. I cannot believe the gem that this place could be if someone from this country who actually appreciates the short distance to the falls and the deli/gas station on the property with one of the only gas stations in the area. And it wouldn't even take a ton of $...for God's sake the tub and toilet are still blue and the carpet is from when the place was built. The trash out by the outdoor pavilion and grills is truly sad. There are fire pits out here but can't be utilized becz the grass is so high that it would...
