We stayed here for 2 nights in the jacuzzi room 119. Right off the bat, the key card to our room didn’t work, so we had to get another one. No big deal. The guy at the front desk was more than willing to help us. When we entered the room, it was musty and hot. The AC wasn’t turned on. However, it did blow cold and the room cooled in about an hour or two. Let’s talk about the state of the room. On the surface, it looked clean. Upon further inspection, you could tell they don’t deep clean. Trash behind dressers and dead bugs under the desk. Not to mention the filthy mirror around the bathtub. The bathtub is made of degrading hollow wood, so you can tell that roaches probably live in there and were eating away at it. We were proven right when we saw a bigger sized German cockroach perched on the wood of the tub blending in. When we went to flush that one, there was another in the bathroom under the counter. Flushed that one too. In the bathroom, the toilet leaked, the shower did not work, and there was no ventilation, so it stayed hot. The bed was stiff and made a loud bang every time you got on it, and there were burn holes in the comforter. We inspected for bed bugs but found no signs. We found another roach when we turned the jets on in the bathtub, which consistently drained even with the plug in and a wash cloth on top of it. I guess it was hiding in the jets. On top of everything else, the tv barely worked with static displaying on the picture making it hard to tell most things apart. Also, there was a large gap under the door, so you could be easily heard in the hallway. You are also 20 or so minutes away from town and eating places. That’s why I gave location 2 stars. The last thing I’ll say is that the guy was knocking on my door 3 minutes before check out time telling me that it’s check out time. I answered the door brushing my teeth. We were charged an extra $180 with the $50 deposit because something on their system went wrong. On the bright side, we got all of it back. Overall, it’s just not something I would recommend or even somewhere I would consider staying again. There’s better places for better prices. We just...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter was traveling home and got stuck by the rain. She checked into the motel. She video called me to show me the room. She pulled the sheets back on the bed and there were yellow and brown stains on the mattress plus hair. The dust ruffle cover over the bottom mattress had dirt, hair, and other debris on it. We think we saw bedbugs on the mattress but my daughter jumped back from the bed because it freaked her out. It was absolutely disgusting. The bath tub still had water in it and hair. This leads me to believe the room was not even cleaned. She looked behind the bed and found glowsticks, and pieces of trash from a party. The carpet had dark stains on it. She opened the desk drawer and it was covered in dust. Hadn't been clean in a long time. I have never in my life seen a hotel this filthy. I have stayed all over the world and across America. I am going to send an e-mail to the Wyndham corporation because the people that are running this place should be ashamed of their selves. When my daughter told them how filthy the room was and she wanted the money back and was not going to stay, the front desk man started yelling at her. My daughter called the police because she got scared. The guy threw a Lysol can at her. What the heck???? I couldn't believe it. The police came and told my daughter they are called there all the time. They felt bad for my daughter because they knew how disgusting this place is. My daughter showed the police the room and they backed out because they thought it was disgusting and they saw bed bugs. The police were so nice and told my daughter where a nice hotel was. My daughter checked out of the room and got another hotel room down the road. The front desk would not refund her money so we are going to fight it through the bank. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! It would be better to find another hotel down the road or sleep in your car. This place...
Read moreThis is my third time staying here. I've never stayed on the first or second floor I've always been on the 3rd. I don't like the elevator. I usually take the stairs. I didn't take any pictures because I wasn't thinking about taking pictures. I was preoccupied with this beautiful artwork provided by mother nature in the form of a 5 ft 4 inch brunette with bright brown eyes that made me melt like ice cream in the microwave. I was told by somebody who lives in the area not to get a room on the third floor. Ask them to put you on the second floor. Maybe the third floor is all the smoking rooms. I wasn't thinking about it when I got the room because I was a little nervous and had the butterflies. Instead of having a Holy Bible in the drawer next to the bed, they had the Bhagavad Gita, which earned them an extra star. Religion is messy, and people in India don't see Hinduism as a religion. It's a way to access different dimensions within us. It's one of the reasons they have 330 million gods There was a padding from a bra under the bed, and the bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The owners/employees there are extremely friendly, welcoming and warm. There was a sign that said free continental breakfast, but when I awoke in the morning and went and looked, I didn't see any breakfast. Maybe the breakfast was so good that I didn't get up early enough and it was all eaten by the other guests. Or maybe they just didn't have breakfast at all. Besides, I already had breakfast in bed. She might be only five foot four inches, but I was well fed. However, they do have the gas station next door that has a diner inside that makes wonderful breakfast food and fantastic hamburgers. The woman I met got five stars and 3 viagra's worth of quality time with me. The hotel room could have been a little bit cleaner. Just my opinion. I would recommend it. If you like flea markets, they have one right across the street. It was a...
