Super 8 by Wyndham Hebron Lowell Area — Hotel in Eagle Creek Township

I stayed there for a bit over a week; that was not planned.

The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The whole time we were there it was so quiet and chill... aside from one weekend night when a roudy drunk person was causing problems, but thankfully he was expelled.

How we came to stay there was that I became very ill while traveling and made an emergency stop for what I thought would just be the night, but I was too sick to move the next day... My husband and I were stranded in Hebron because our car also began to malfunction once I was able to travel again which we discovered on a pharmacy run.

My only complaint about our stay there is that food options are very limited if you can't go far and have to rely on delivery. If you opt for the Denny's be sure to show your room key and ask for the 10% discount. Be cautious to walk around at night... it is a bit sketchy and creepy if you try to walk to the McDonald's. For delivery I recommend the Pizza Hut or Subway... and note that the Denny's does not deliver, even though it is an option on their website.

The only bad part about the stay in the room is that the water smells of rust and does not have a consistent warm temperature. The bed was incredibly comfortable!

STRAIGHT UP THIEVES!!! Travel all over the country for my husbands work.. stayed here for almost a week. They DO NOT WANT you to reserve a room with a 3rd party app. So he insisted on $180 deposit IN CASH.. we booked another night and they LIED and said we had to move rooms. So we had to take my 80 pound service dog, ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS, and they told us to sit in the lobby until 3 pm.. mind you it’s 11 AM. I have rods, screws, plates in my back. The hotel HAD OPEN ROOMS! They then say we’re keeping your $180 DEPOSIT because the owner (who hides somewhere) saw my husband vaping.. TOTAL LIES! Neither of us smoke!!! My hubby said show me proof. Do you have that on camera? Well we call the police. They must give them FREE ROOMS because they treated us like BUMS.. AND THE KICKER-every single employee is CONSTANTLY SMOKING RIGHT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR! Talking on cell phones… I spent hundreds of dollars, never once called the front desk, asked for anything. Easiest guests you could want to stay at your establishment. I even tipped the cleaning lady who LIVES THERE and is obviously scared to death of the phantom owner.. I already contacted the proper authorities because they basically ROBBED US.. the cops treated us like criminals!! The other reviews are all employees… NO WAY are they real…....

Pulled in for a night's sleep on the way home. Nothing around there except a truck stop across the street. Another hotel and a Lyons din adult novelty store. But that was o k just needed a place to sleep and back on the road. Girl at the front was really nice. We ask for a quiet room because the place the night before was very noisy. And needed a good night's sleep. She sead she could do that. The room was very clean and quite. The beds really comfortable. We got a great night's sleep. Too good apparently. We over slept and didn't wake up until 8:45 . That's when the problem started. We went to the lobby for some breakfast. The guy at the desk told us breakfast was over at 9:00 and started putting stuff away while we were eating. So we grabbed a couple of Danish before it was gone. And back to the room to pack up. At 10:00 the room phone rung. It was the guy at the front desk. Sead he just wanted to make sure we new check out was at 11:00 and were we planning to stay another night? Told him no it's just 10:00 and we'd be gone soon. Sead he just wanted to make sure we new that if we were still there at 11:00 we'd be changed for another night. If you stay here don't...
