Junction by DW — Restaurant in Eagle Creek Township

The most un organized place I've ever visited. A patron of the bar with medical issues experienced a seizure and part of the staff and other patrons were laying on top of him to hold him down during convulsions. The owner and other members of the staff couldnt even keep their composure well enough to explain to emergency services what was going on in their own establishment, instead just kept shouting into the phone "we just need an ambulance". The bartender started out her introduction with "Just so you know I'm a hair dresser not a bartender", but proceeded to tell us shes been their # 1 bartender for their 2 years being open now. She couldn't make the most simple drinks without the help of her color coded flip books that looked illustrated by a 5 year old. No POS system in the bar to keep track of tabs. Just a post it note on your card written in sharpie. I drank 20 dollars worth of beer and was charged $66.... when disputed she brought the owner over who then took my card from me and told her to run it as is and if i dont like it then i dont need to come back again. This place would be such fun place to hang out at but the few times I have been here the owner is super rude and makes our whole group feel extremely uncomfortable. I know so many people that have stopped going here because of the owner manner towards people. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t let me walk out to my car to put my hoodie and shirt away so I didn’t have to walk around with it. She was very rude towards me and treated me as if I was a little kid. (I’m over 19). Back to the owner, I have watched him stand outside of the men’s bathroom and waited for people to walk for owner to take this guys wristband. ( this guy looked well over 21) I think it’s just crazy the way they run this place if they are having such a bad issue with kids coming in they need to get new people at the front desk and have a better way of checking ids. Rip-off how they charge for drinks! Our first And Last time we will go there. They kept our debit card in the bar area, then when we went to pay, the bartender gave us our card back and sent us up to the front. The lady ran the card and handed me cash and then said we needed to take it BACK to the bartender. Then I saw a small sign on wall that said "ATM Charge $2.50". I asked for our receipt, wanting to see if we had been charged this (she had NOT given us a receipt), she said couldn't give us one because she hadn't pushed the button to print it.
