Wanted a room for the night to go to Kickapoo Casino, we tried calling the office no one answered so we hoped for the best they had a room that night and luckily they did. It was $100, I have no complaints. We had the ac at 60 we slept like good. #142

Clean room, successful Check-in. Check-out lady at 5am wasn't welcoming. I saw a coffee maker at the front desk. Asked the lady if I could get some coffee. She said it was cold. So that's a no. Suggesting coffee makers in room.

Be Aware....This Hotel is A High Priced Dump

This hotel is NOT equipped with safety features. There is no phone in the room to call the front office in case of an emergency, no smoke detector in the room, and no security latch on the door for safety. The mattresses on the beds were very old and worn out, which was evident by the tilt/slant. It was very difficult to sit on the sides of the beds. There was NO shuttle offered to the Casino like advertised on the internet , and no breakfast. However, the rates were still very competitive in comparison to big chain hotels, but not worth the money. At check-in we were threatened about keeping our security deposit, if the room key was not returned. Upon check-in the sheets on the bed were soiled with blood stains. When reported to the front office, the office manager verified by coming down to the room to witness for herself. At that time, we were offered a clean sheet set. I then explained that I was not going to change the sheets! When asked for an additional key, we were told NO, only one per room. Housekeeping did not come until check out time. I was also charged $50 on my credit card for stained towels. I called the front office several times to speak with the manager, and was never afforded the opportunity. I explained that we did not leave stained towels, but that didn't seem to matter. I have never known a hotel to charge for stained towels, and have such a clause outlined in the policy. This leads us to believe that this is a common practice for them to keep the security deposit. We are very disappointed, because this hotel came highly recommended. Do yourself a favor, and find another...

We stayed in one of the Master Suites, 2nd floor. PROS: Room size impressive, 23' x 32'. bathroom 5' x 10', Jacuzzi 6' x 8', separate room. Dinning counter, refrig, microwave, sofa bed, king-size bed, several chest of drawers, desk with light and chair, TV with cable, WIFI ??? Breakfast was home cooked Mexican-style with scrambled eggs, re-fried beans, and ranchero salsa - tortillas would have been a compliment to the deal, but NO. Toast available, but the toaster was not working properly, cereal, milk, PB and J, coffee, and orange juice CONS: AC would not cool the large room, unit too small for the size of the room. During the day the room was 80-degress with the AC set at 61-degress. A piece of plywood sealed the hole where the AC was installed on the exterior wall. Jacuzzi was not usable, as there must have been a recent break in the hot water supply line which filled the Jacuzzi with dirty hot water. When drained, the Jacuzzi had a thick layer of dirt(mud) in the bottom of the tub. The coffee pot in the room had coffee grounds in it from past occupants and had white mold growing on it. The ceiling lights became hot and shut themselves off, independently. The ceramic shower enclosure had no soap dish. There was no room service, and no exchange for fresh towels Insufficient vehicle parking for the guests TV worked great, WIFI??? I can't speak to the conditions in the regular sized rooms, but stay away from the Master Suites until they resolve...

My husband and I have stayed here several times. 2 weeks ago we booked a room, everything was good, the room was clean and comfortable. then we decided to stay another night and asked if they had a room available, they did room 130. we checked in and I proceeded to take a shower. the entire shower wall fell on top of me. Large ceramic floor tiles. I was extremely lucky to have suffered no more than pain and bruises. The tiles were very sharp and fell on my head, back leg and arm. What if that had been a child in that shower? I have attempted to call the manager several times, left my name and number and no response. the young lady didn't even want to come and look at what had happened. They didn't show any concern whatsoever. Oh, they moved us to the next room and I checked the shower wall there and it was loose to the touch. Never again! I could have been hurt very badly, cut badly. They don't seem to care. I don't want this to happen to someone else. certainly not to an older person or a child, they could be killed. Check your...
