This was my first trip the the East Coast and I will definitely say I was impressed. I took my Wife to Eagle Wing Inn for our 11th anniversary in Cape Cod. This was her first trip to the East Coast also. |Eagle Wing Inn made the trip a celebration to remember. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive and strong customer service. The breakfast was perfect. |I found it somewhat amusing to wake up on my first morning and see two turkeys walking across the front lawn. I did tell the birds I would see them in 5 months. |It was nice to see the ownership having conversations and what seemed like friendly relationships with the other guests. Some of the guests are long time repeat guests which shows that the Inn is dedicated to connecting to their visitors. |I know running a business is tough work but I really valued the time John and Melanie took to sit and talk with us in the evening. They had such great stories and offered suggestions for our visit to the Cape. I love history and the cemetery nearby was a nice little historical visit for me. (Sound morbid but I like historical sites). |I highly recommend that you make Eagle Wing Inn your go to destination when visiting Cape Cod. It is located perfectly on the Cape and a short drive to any destination around. Our day trip to Providence town was the highlight of our sightseeing experiences. |One of my main concerns when i invest in a vacation or service is how strong the customer service is and Eagle Wing Inn is a destination that ensures you have a memorable and wonderful stay. |I rarely give reviews but this one was worth the...
Read moreMy daughter & I go on a little trip every year and this year we decided on the Cape. After much research, we chose the Eagle Wing Inn. What an amazing Inn! We stopped by earlier than check in time to see if maybe we could grab a key and just go into our room early evening but John had a room ready & let us check in early. He then proceeded to give us so much insight and directions with maps suggesting places & things to do. His help was invaluable. Our room was immaculate & had a nice airy feeling. Everything was just perfect. May sound silly but I thought it was a really nice touch to have 2 luggage racks in the room. Usually you only get one even though it’s a room for 2 guests. Breakfast was plentiful. Melanie was there to greet you & let you know first where the hot coffee was! Many choices for breakfast: bagels, English muffins, sweet cakes, cereals, granola, yogurt, oatmeal, whole fruits and my favorite was the fresh cut fruit bowl. I’m sure I forgot something. Everything was fresh & delicious. We truly loved our stay. Having quiet time & super comfy beds guaranteed a great nights sleep. The property was beautifully manicured. Loved the apple trees & seeing the bird houses. Thank you for...
Read moreThis is really a hidden gem in plain sight. Located right on Route 6, this is a great smaller hotel/inn. The rooms and accommodations are beautiful and clean. There are no carpets which avoids having clean rooms that smell musty, which quite a few place at the cape have. Also, sorry but no pets. These 2 factors keep the rooms clean and not over-deoderized to cover the smells . A beautiful cottage-looking 3-season room with spacious windows greets you for breakfast. The continental breakfast features staples like muffins and bagels, but expands your palate with fresh, local-made pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and assorted beverages, featuring a coffee you would enjoy. They also have some bicycles for your use, as long as you don't train for the Tour de France. Great location for Bayside and Oceanside beaches (watch for seals and GWs), which are beautiful in September/Early October. The hosts demonstrate their desire to know you and see to it you enjoy your stay. John's experience in the Hospitality industry shows with the level of detail and cleanliness. Meticulous grounds featuring a pool in season, until Labor Day, and outdoor seating as well as a small fire-pit. ...
