Usually you can get some of these wherever you stay, but when you find them all, AND helpful, efficient staff … that’s the best choice.||||The Sleep Inn located in Ellenboro, WV was a CHOICE hotel and I’m so glad our journey led us to this particular destination. After an unexpectedly long drive, our arrival left us somewhat drained and ready to settle in for some much needed rest. Misty’s assistance in securing our handicap room had a direct impact on ensuring a pleasant stay.||||The room was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast provided was ample and inviting. The staff could not have been more helpful and efficient. Tina followed up on a special request in a way that may even allow additional comfort months, or even years, from now.||||We will be making another trip there in the next few months and will eagerly consult with Misty, as we know our needs will be met and our expectations exceeded. We were here due to a death in the family, upon checking in the ladies at the desk were very friendly and offered their condolences. I reserved two standard rooms with two queen beds. My husband and I stayed in room 212 which is directly across from the elevator and ice machine. Upon entering the room I did not notice that there was a constant and very annoying humming noise in the room, until I was standing near the head of the beds. My husband thinks it was the air handler for the heating and cooling system. The other room was for my mother and sister, it was room 216, there was no humming noise in it. I did as the desk clerk if there was another room available but they were booked up. So we decided to leave the sound to the television on which did help some. On the positive side the beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom and shower was also nice and clean, the only issue with the shower was that there are no grab bars. My family evacuated hurricane Irma and stayed at this hotel for a week and they have the most amazing service ever! The facility is exceptionally clean and everyone is so friendly. Their washing machine was down and we were there with only a few items and Ashley told us to bring our laundry down and she would do it for us. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and helped us out so much. Our daughter also got sick one morning at breakfast, and threw up all over the table and another lady came over with no hesitation and cleaned it up for us without even asking. I love this hotel and I've never had such great customer service from any hotels that we've stayed at. This is a great location and I think the staff is exceptional. The manager even took care of us and gave us a friends and family discount so we can get another hotel since they were booked up for the next week.
