Bourbon Hills BBQ — Restaurant in Ellenboro

I frequently stay in the area for work and I haven’t been able to try the food since the times just never aligned. This time I was going to be around on a day they were open, we work a hard day and make it just before they close. Most food is sold out and they are closing up but we are offered a DEAL on their brisket. I’ve had a lot of brisket in my day and this is as good as any I have ever had. I’ve eaten a LOT of bbq and Bourbon Hills is A+!! The brisket was def my favorite, the pulled pork was amazing didn’t even need sauce, the ribs were flavorful and falling off the bone. Baked beans were the best I ever had and the banana pudding was dang good! Worth the drive out...

The food is unbelievably good. They give you more than you can eat and everything is seasoned to perfection. I ate there today and I will be eating there again tomorrow. 😁 The only downfall is they're only open 2 days a week from 11:00 till whenever...
