This place is AMAZING! I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Little Point Clear. From our stay in their 2 bedroom suite for a 3-day weekend to our experience with planning an event with them. The owners are great, super easy to work with, and beyond accommodating.
The 2 Bed Suite: The suite was as spacious & comfy. There was more than enough room for the 3 of us. They offer some k-cups for a morning coffee, a small refrigerator if needed with some water in it, and if you forgot your soap/shampoo/conditioner, they have you covered with a dispenser in the shower. They personally recommended several local places to visit during our stay. From coffee shops, restaurants, or fun activities. The place is just a short drive to downtown Fairhope & other nearby restaurants and a bakery.
Planning an Event: The owners are... Easy to work with: friendly, EASY-going, knowledgeable of the surrounding areas whether you are just staying for a visit or planning an event. They were very ACCOMODATING! Great at communicating/responding: they always responded QUICKLY to questions, provided info we needed and were beyond HELPFUL in the planning process. They have so many great vendor/caterer recommendations. They event space is really intimate, and versatile for whatever you are planning. They add so many personal & extra touches that it is easy to make it your own for whatever you're planning.
If you do anything with Little Point Clear, you won't regret it!

If you are a bride and considering booking this venue for your wedding, you need to read this review before you consider. Tricia and Kyle were very unprofessional when discussing booking my rehearsal dinner and suites for my wedding in 2025. Before sending me a contract or allowing me to pay my deposit, they booked another bride without letting me know first for the bridal suites. They did not inform us of this and did not give me the chance to pay a deposit. They booked it right under my nose. When my mom contacted them about this, they stated “well, we thought it was out of your budget”. A budget was never discussed with them. This was their “assumption”. Even with this incident I wanted to proceed with booking the rehearsal dinner. I asked for an updated contract without the bridal suites so that I knew what my deposit would be. I emailed them several times and the invoice was not updated. Finally, when it was updated, I emailed and said we are ready to send a deposit, let us know how to proceed. Their next email said that they booked Friday night rehearsal dinner with another bride and we could not do our rehearsal dinner there. My mom and I were speechless. They booked with another bride again right under our nose without even calling or letting us know. They did not give us an opportunity to send a deposit. Read moreI am normally a very laid back person and I love to go with the flow, especially when it comes to planning my own wedding. However, this is by far the WORST experience I've had with any venue while wedding planning. First of all, it’s super hard to get in touch with anyone about prices, packages, etc. Even the website isn’t the most informative, but honestly that wasn’t a big deal for me. Second of all, Tricia was the worst person to talk to. I live 6 hours away so she told my fiancé and I that we could get on a video call with her and she’d tour us around the venue. She “forgot” about the virtual tour and assured us she’d send a video of the venue, she also “forgot” about that… And third of all, I have sent numerous messages reminding and practically begging her to send a video tour and she continuously ignores my messages and leaves me on read. I understand mistakes happen and people get busy, but for a business to continuously "forget" and then ignore my messages for days/weeks, that is PATHETIC!!! They obviously don't value every customer and this was all just one big joke. The only reason this place deserves one star is because it’s a beautiful venue. I honestly thought LPC was going to be our place and I was beyond excited, but after this horrendous experience, ABSOLUTELY NOT!
