The time of arrival the Employee at the time had already given a rude face expression. Took her about a good 5 mins. Before she opened the doors for me. I seen her just walk in the back room while I approached the front desk. Waited another 10 mins. Before she came out and assisted me. During check in she mentioned I needed too update the payment which I gave her the informtion. I told her too let me know when she is ready I will "UNLOCK" my card and she can run it. She kept saying its not working. Again I repeated I needed to UNLOCK my card first. She ignored it once again. But proceeded to check us in anyway. We got too our rooms. By this time we were tired we went to sleep. And the phone rings. Non-stop. I answered it nothing. Then a knock on the door. I open it she is standing there very rudely she says "your payment failed I need you and your family to leave the premises" I thought wait a min. So i told her I thought you already ran my payment at the front. She said "Your payment has been not going through I need you too leave" I've been calm and understanding with her. But I had it with her rudeness so I said. "My family and I have had a very very long day hense why we arrived at 3am! I dont need your attitude to make my day worse! Now I told you too let me know too Unlock my card at the front desk! You kept being rude throughtout this whole time of our arrival. I dont know if its because of how your personal day is going or if its because I'm Native American . I dont appreciate it. Now we can go back down and I can get this worked out I have money in my bank so that shouldn't be an Issue or we can call the manager." finally the payment was processed. After 5am! We had to be back on the road at 6:30am the most. After all that I shouldve just told my family to leave, but because my 9 month old was already asleep and comfortable I stayed with it. First and LAST time we will be staying there.

Read moreI am a local businessman who needed to jump online quickly for a client. I pulled into this hotel and setup my laptop at a lobby table. I was prompted to enter my room number. I regularly work from hotel lobbies all over the country and am always welcomed with a smile, never with an issue with wifi.
I politely asked the receptionist how I would go about quickly jumping on WiFi, and she asked my room number. I said am not staying here but need to jump on for work. She told me that because I am local and not staying there, that I had to leave the building. She followed me to my table, and watched me pack my laptop bag and followed me to the front door.
I have worked from resorts like the Ritz Carlton, Montage and The Beverly Hills Hotel. Never once was I asked to leave. I believe there are some movies being filmed in the area and I wondered if maybe this had something to do with me being asked to leave. But by that logic, no one should ever be able to sit and work from any hotel in Hollywood or Beverly Hills.
I will no longer choose to stay at Hilton hotels. With all the hotel options out there why would I stay or work with a brand who doesn't treat everyone with the same respect, whether current guest...
Read moreJudy at the front desk is an exemplary employee who is the perfect example of what a front desk agent should be. As a former general manager, I quickly recognized Judy's hard work and dedication to her craft, working tirelessly taking on the roles of multiple different hotel positions working nights one day, mornings the next.
She does all of this with a genuine smile on her. Judy has done a sensational job of making me feel welcomed at this property. Give this woman a raise or promotion!
I haven't gotten to interact with any other hotel employees but I have noticed how incredibly hard working all of the staff is here in passing. They make the absolute most of they idle time.
This hotel has all the basic hotel amenities you can think of, complimentary breakfast, business center, pool, and fitness room. My room was big, spacious, and clean.
Not the most comfortable bed but I've been on much worse. The internet is pretty slow... You can pay $5 a day for faster internet.
The only ding I have against this hotel is the parking lot. It's very small and packed. It was like parking was an afterthought to...
