Nice small roadside campground -- we would stay here again! Tent sites ONLY, a short walk in to most of the 7 sites (10 to 100 steps from the lot). Nearly full shade all day for all sites, a rarity in these parts. Close to Moab and even closer to Arches. Main drawback is highway noise, but that's true of most campgrounds in the area. Not too much traffic at night, at least after 10 or 11. No water. No river access. Vault toilet was clean. $20/night, no reservations. Most sites have plenty of room. Sites are not secluded from each other, so you'll be able to see almost all other tents from your site. There is a hiking trail next to the campground, but it goes up to an overlook (1000 feet elevation gain) so we didn't go very far.

Great campground for $20 a night. We were the only ones there when we stayed and were very satisfied with the location and how close it was to Arches National Park. There are also some more trails down the road from the campground. No water source there, but there are bathrooms that are well maintained, as well as a dumpster. Picnic tables and a fire pit provided at each site.

Small campground, great for a night stay and beautiful cliffs up around it.

It's actually a pretty good place to camp. There are trees which is always super nice when camping in Moab. Two things though: it's right on a road. You could hear traffic - although there wasn't much of it. And the bathroom... Was probably the worst smelling bathroom I have used in my over 20 years of...
