I visited the park about 2 years ago and I seen this was a pretty nice place to live and I told my mom that once she decided to downsize from her home in Sun City West this would be a great fit. So about a month ago we decided to pull back in and see if there was any homes available. Upon arrival, I was truly in awe. We seen that all the park had been updated (i.e new blacktop, landscaping, pool remodeled, fitness center) end was truly a five-star facility, upon seeing this I thought for the worst, I thought we were going to be priced out. I went in to humor myself and discuss purchasing a mobile home from the manager Tracey, when walking in to the office we were greeted and treated like true VIPs, we were offered a beverage and a tour of Litchfield Village. When looking at the homes that were for sale (There was 2) I asked how much to purchase, well bracing for impact and the price I found out that the home would fit into our budget perfectly and was priced at a fraction of the price i anticipated. For help, knowledge, and politeness really helped with our decision to take the plunge and move into this true five-star facility. Other Mobile home parks of half the quality and Friendliness ask way more for way less and the kindness displayed by the whole team of Charlie and Tracey on giving my mom a chance to find a...
Read moreThis place is a bad place to live. We were harrassed by the lot manager on a daily basis. We lived there just 3 short months before we abandoned our trailer. The lot manager would chase u to ur trailer & yell at u if he waved at u & u didn't wave back. My family was sick for a total of a month when we first moved in (there r 6 of us) & the lot manager was constantly at our door griping about little tiny weeds that could barely be seen around our trailer, but yet he did nothing about the porno guy who lived next door to us who'd blare his porn (with the door wide open) sooo loud that it could b heard all the way down our street. All we wanted to do was own our own place, but this guy raised our blood pressure soooo bad that we ended up moving from there...

Had to wait for original owner to move so we could start work. So we’ve been gutting place for leas than 30 Days now and management having a fit. I had stuff on patio which I had cleaned out in less than two weeks. Now I took kitchen cabinets out and been on my patio for less than a week and they are upset. Place will be looking good and complete in about 30 days better than most homes here and they are mad because it’s taking to long. 🤦🏻♀️ And place still not at 💯. Hope I didn’t make a mistake...
