Luke AFB gym. Older military gym with slightly outdated equipment. The desk staff and cleaning staff ensure everything is as close to perfect as it can be. They are pretty awesome and make this a Five Star facility!
Small & inexpensive things that would instantly help improve the gym. Trap bars for deadlifts (the ones with a six inch riser grip). Adding one or more to each free weight gym would add a back protecting option to weight lifters, as well as giving a Farmers Carry option to training. Once leadership can figure out the direction they really want to go in it would likely make the gym more operational. Equipment isn't often broken but when it is its fairly simple fixes. The best thing this gym does is offer 24 hour entrance...
