Large RV Park with plenty of space on level graded surfaces. We stayed in spot #75 facing highway 89. The views from this site are 180 degree of grassy fields with field sprinklers shooting water across the mountainous background. The southwest view of the snowy peaks of Mt Belknap to the northeast view of green mountain range leading to Monroe Peak. You are close to the highway so if the moderate sound of traffic passing by bothers you choose the other end of the park, I personally enjoyed watching all the different passer byers. Ice was cheap, Office had great trail maps of the area and the owners were great. Our Wifi went in and out, we were the furthest distance in the park (makes sense) however Wifi extender would most likely do it. I would give 5 stars but I didn't agree with the charge for the ATV Wash. My thought is... charge a fraction more for the site and make it inclusive? Stays over 3 days free wash? Make an item purchase in store and receive free wash? Post a review and get a comped wash? Just food for thought. All in all, great place, location and pricing was not out of line.

Jim and Terri and the salt of the earth. We haven’t had a better RV Park experience than the one we had for a week at South-Forty RV Park. We had reservations at another park down the road in Circleville but they gave our spots away we hen they had booked us for a week. We started calling around and Terri got us in and was able to accommodate us for other family members in the cabins for 2 nights as well. Terri treated the kids like they were her own. Jim planned an awesome ride for us into Monroe up through mountain meadows reservoir down the Paiute trail and back into Marysville. They have a place for you to wash your ATV for $2.00 before you put it back into your trailer. They have designated areas for pets if you have them. A little green grass for kids to play on. Areas to have a fire and sit and enjoy each other. Great views and immediate access to several trails for all your riding pleasures. Don’t pass on this place - it’s definitely worth it. Thanks, Jim and Terri for making us feel like family all week!

We stayed for a week early in July this year, we were on a week long vacation with friends, primarily off roading in the area.. our spots had nice shade trees and full hook ups, spaces were a great size for our big trailers and toys, I could see the weeds were a bit ahead of the grounds keeping crew, but they were working on it while we were there. Small store had the basics, although I would have spent more $ had they had more sizes of shirts and such... they have bag ice in a freezer, available 24hrs super reasonable prices, on the honor system... that is a great touch.... thanks!! Over all nice place, great local for what we do, we will certainly come back again

Sorry to say we will find another place to come next year. I will start off by saying we have been coming here for 3 years. The past 2 years were exciting and made new friends. This year new management has brought on political rules and I have to say I’m not happy with. You no longer have free speech (flags) that represent your candidate. I know some say, “big deal” but this is a good example of where things are headed. Next it will be the American flag. We might offend other people from other countries. So keep in mind who you are patronizing. Other issues are sites are tilted so leveling your RV can be difficult in some spaces. At least a 12” drop. Water pressure is so bad we needed to use our RV 12v pump. Trees are badly maintained and encroach on your space with dead branches. Grounds have large rocks mixed with gravel that make walking very uneven. Maintaining your toys is strictly enforced at your site. So don’t change a tire or charge a battery without moving it to another location. In the past I have had no issues and that’s why we came back. Now we, and others have already have decided to go elsewhere next time. Many parks in the area that know who their customers are.

In response, So Trump or Harris flags are offensive? They say Sports flags or other countries are OK? What if I find Russia or the Kansas City Chiefs as offensive? I find the owners of this Corporation offensive. This is a ridiculous rule only to to promote WOKE. I hope many will reject this type of control of our freedom of speech. PS Frank and Brandie have...

I don't think I will stay here again. I made reservations for 6 days at the park for the ATV Jubilee and everything was fine until on day 2 my wife became very ill with either food poisoning or a bug. She is disabled and not able to walk so, it was an emergency and we had to go home to phoenix. I stopped at the office on the way out and explained the situation to the lady and asked if a partial refund was possible. She gave the most unfriendly, uncompassionate, abrupt response of "No Refunds", then asked me my name and then just said "OK". I understand if that is their policy, at least be kind and explain that, or even just say you are sorry, but she was just plain rude. I already lost hundreds of dollars from gas and pre-paid meals and then had to be treated like that.

Edit: After posting this review, South-Forty RV Park reached out to me via E-mail and said they were going to refund me for the nights that I did not stay. She said they have a "no refund" policy but, do make exceptions for medical emergencies. This made me feel a little better about the whole ruined vacation. I will...
