Windy Point Group Campground — Hotel in Four Corners States

It is a big paved parking lot, kind of wallmart parking in smaller size. I was expecting different "campground"but that actualy it is a camping spot. You can park there and stay for the night. There is a fee. The good part is - it is within 20 -25 ft off the lake shore, that is shallow and if you have little kids it is great for them. The bad part is if you like to be parked like at your local wallmart store, on lined parking spaces, nxt to each other.. We have 3 dogs and no way i could enjoy it. There are picknik tables and grills iff the paved parking, on grassy part betw lake and parking lot. I think if you have a tent, it will be ok spot to sleep. But nothing like staying few days, as too much traffic and feels unsettled. I give 4 stars because of the magnificent views and lake...

One of the best large group campgrounds in Colorado. AMAZING views of the mountains, and you can fully rent the place out at a great price. You're right on the shore of Lake Dillon too! I am a Colorado Wedding and Elopement Photographer and often shoot weddings in Breckenridge and the surrounding areas.
