Budget Inn & Suites — Hotel in Ganado

The people here need to learn English, Service animal means service animal. After conflict at the front desk and back and forth, they decided to finally accommodate me.

The room was not clean, all along the walls was dirt, small dead bugs, you could tell they didn’t spend much time vacuuming. The chair in the room had white stains all over it to the point I didn’t want to sit in it. The window looking outside had a crack in it.

The carpet was stained and the sheets were stained as well. Very strange smell from second floor hallways.

If you need a good nights sleep, this is not the place as the train tracks are RIGHT next to it, very loud inside.

All around would not recommend, I’m utterly surprised it’s rated as 4 stars on Google. As someone who spends roughly $30,000 a year in hotel rooms this was one of the worst...

This place isn’t bad at all considering you’re in the middle of absolutely nowhere. There is a grocery store right next door that you can walk to. Yes, there’s a train but they don’t lay on the horn like most do and we always bring a fan with us so it wasn’t a big deal. The tv channels? Dish Network and all of the ones I have at home. The place is very clean. There was a quite a language barrier but we all managed-us and the staff. We stayed for two weeks due to a job but when we had asked for a partial refund for the days booked that we wouldn’t need, they at first said no. One of the lights by the bed was missing the on-off button. They replaced it with one that worked but the lamp shade was missing a nut to keep the lamp shade in place. The small refrigerator was missing feet so to level it you need to put something under two of the corners. The toilet on the 1st floor needs to be scrubbed. Breakfast consisted of items with sugar. Best to go to Estela's Mexican Restaurant which is very close. They open about 6:30am. Good food and good service. However, I must admit that it was very quiet and the beds really good.
