Goodness and Mercy cabin — Hotel in Gatlinburg

Cabin was beautiful and the hot tub was great. The only thing that made me drop the rating was the fact that they charged us for "damage" to "a set of kitchen towels and a duvet cover". We brought our own blankets and the kitchen towel was clearly a bleach stain. We didn't take any cleaning products with us. They only responded to emails after we asked for pictures and they were sent to us with no other explanation. I guess the "religious aspect" is also scamming people...
