Grace Manor — Hotel in Gatlinburg

This cabin was probably once very nice, but neglect has led it to be a very poor place to stay. What is advertised is not what you get. Here is a list of several things that were wrong.

Leaking roof in the upstairs bedroom. Soaked the bed Non functional A/C in the upstairs bedroom. It never got below 77, got as high as 85. To their credit, it was finally repaired the 4th day into our stay Non functional dryer. The owner refused to repair it. According to other reviews, it has been like this for a few months Non functional power outlets in the upstairs bathroom. This was not rectified Chirping fire alarms in the basement bedrooms. This was never rectified. I bought my own batteries for replacement so our family could get some sleep Broken arcade machines Missing most of the deck furniture, according to photos, so we couldn’t really sit outside Retaining wall collapsing No tv services, glad I brought my own roku stick Nearly non functional internet. I used my own hot spot for the internet Unsecured toilets Fireplace did not function There are more, but I’m tired. This is just what was broken, not even counting the bad couch, no view, clogged gutters, moldy deck, hard to find, ect.

This was a classic bait and switch. Not as advertised. We called about these issues and to be fair, the company had someone out to look at the issues. We had maintenance people at the house 5 of the 8 days we stayed. Totally ridiculous. They need to take this place off the market, do the work to fix it up, then rent it. Don’t waste your money here, there are literally hundreds of other places to stay in...

Grace Manor was a wonderful place to stay for me and my large party, it had everything that was advertised, there's the rooms which are meticulously made up the bathrooms which are cleaned and even have a seal to show they haven't been used, the pool the hot tub all of it's there.

However there were a few amenities missing that did make the stay a little harder than it would have been without these issues, such as a non-functional drying machine making it much more difficult to enjoy the hot tub and the pool. Or the oven which seemed possibly underpowered as it was unable to heat to 350 in less than 30 minutes. Ants were an issue tho of course it's hard to counter in an unlived in residence. The arcade machine was clearly broken and instead of being fixed a second less robust arcade machine is present in the residence.

This was horrible my bed had purple throw up and pee stains and bed bugs in the bedroom basement my kids started complaining that the bed was too small so I said ok I’ll put a different mattress and we found throw up and pee, stains and bed bugs this house was never clean. The pool was so small every bed bugs upstairs floor going to break there was so much roaches me and my best friend saw some rodents in the roof and there was a bugs in the ice, NOT...
