Riverside — Hotel in Grand Falls Plaza

While the owner was responsive and took care of everything for us, the terrain and condition of the place was poor. The road leading down to the camping area is very rough all gravel the entire way in and very bumpy. We hesitated even knowing where to go, "Is that the road?" No grass or landscaping of any kind, seems like the property is not touched as far as maintenance goes. Lots of full-timers reside here. The bath house was very dirty but was newer. If cleaned it would be nice but there was no where to place things as the floors were disgusting and used razors and trash were scattered on the ground inside the building. For $3 cheaper then Zan's across the creek, I would not return again. In the summer it might be a nicer place but when we stayed this time it wasn't much to look at. We would have left if Zan's bath house was open...

Is a piece of paradise on earth Love it Stay there all the time. The man let's us play in his back yard. How many of you would share your backyard ??? Ok it's time for me to move on. I have spent two of the most peaceful years of my life camping at Riverside. They have RVs. But I was a tent camper. Still had electric and water. They have great monthly rates. And it's a place I have watched two families of duck grow. 5 New baby eagles grow up. The folks that own it are pretty cool. Keep trouble and riff raff off the property. So you feel safe have NEVER had anyone steal from my place. They are pet friendly. As they have dogs too. I just can't brag enough about this place. Take the time to try it. Thanks. Phil & Angie. Tried saving money staying here on a job. They should rename this place camp meth. Bathhouse is disgusting and I've been robbed twice already. Take your cooler and car with you at all times. Absolutely disgusting place to be long term. Really nice to come and float and enjoy the water and the owner is awesome! Just hope he can clean out the trash one day. I would gladly give five stars if there weren't so many shady drug addicts that seem to be...
