ETTA & EAST — Local services in Grand Falls Plaza

I am in LOVE with everything I recently snagged from Etta & East. The quality of everything I received was great and I love all of their one-of-a-kind graphics.

I know others have talked about longer wait times with shipping, but a lot of that really depends on USPS or who they are shipping with. Once it's shipped, it's out of the boutique's hands. I can speak to this because my package took a while to get here, and it wasn't a thing they did. The post office was late scanning it, so I never go updated when it arrived at USPS. Then, it was in my hometown to be delivered, but for some reason it got sent all the way to a neighboring town an hour away, and then it ended up in Houston, Texas???

The store also let's you know that their custom graphics and things they do in house take a little longer to go out because they are "made to order," so be sure to note that as well. I was very pleased with my order and the shipping time. Small businesses are NOT Amazon, Target and Walmart, but that's what makes them so unique and special -- you'll find things with them you wouldn't at a big box store, and personally, I think the items are worth the wait if shipping takes a...

Etta and East is one my favorite online boutiques as a busy mom and lover of fun unique style! Not only doing they have pieces you won't see anywhere else, they are always high quality and well priced! What I love most is how kind they are. I ordered the ETTA OG | good day sweatshirt. I had a coupon code but my total ended up being 55 dollars and some change. When I received the package, I immediately tried on the crewneck to find it was a thin, scratchy Hanes branded crewneck. The graphics looked cheap. I emailed asking to initiate a return and was told I would need to pay for the return and then I would only be issued a store return. Small shop or not, I didn't like the quality, would not purchase again so to not offer a full refund...
