This was one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My boyfriend and I were traveling through the area and were tired and decided to get a room for the night. We booked this place from Priceline and when we arrived it was dark and said NO VACANCY. there was a number on the office door that said call for service. I called and a man answered and was absolutely horrible to me. He was extremely rude and said that they were closed. I explained that I had a reservation and he said " Well if you have a reservation I will have to come down and let you in I guess". We saw him come down to which he never so much as even looked at us and left us standing outside in the cold. It took him about 10 to fifteen minutes to even come to the door, at this poi t I am in tears because I cant even understand the audacity of this man. He looked and me and said " oh clam down". I wanted to leave but it was late and we had already paid. H e hurried us along to our room without even giving us all of the information we needed including the code to get into out room. As we approached our room he approached to give us the code he forgot to give us and said to me "by the way I was trying to go to the bathroom when you called" Again I was Appalled by his comment s and just went into my room. I would not recommend this...
Read moreI'm going to start out by saying I do a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before I book a place to stay at. That being said, this place did not disappoint at all. It far exceeded my expectations. From working with DeeAnn who went over and beyond to make sure our check-in and are stay was five star. She stayed later than her shift, upgraded us, gave us great suggestions & even offered things we might have forgotten to bring . The cottages we're cozy nuzzled in redwood trees. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were talking how they would make a cute place to live in . The continental breakfast was great. So many options. The fact that the checkout is at noon let's you enjoy the property and your breakfast without having to rush. Close to wineries and restaurants. There's a Safeway a mile away where you can get things to make an amazing charcuterie which is what we did after a day of wine tasting. And they even have a fridge for you to keep your leftovers. Hands down one of the best places I stayed this year in my travels. I absolutely recommend this place and I am very picky. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the warm wellcome, the comfortable accommodations in a quiet,...
Read moreI love this place, and I'm ready to go back! The Cottages are about a mile from downtown Guerneville, but don't let that phase you because a cafe, brewery, and Mary Jane dispensary are right across the street from this little oasis! It honestly doesn't look like much from the main road, but then you make your way back to this beautifully kept garden and yard with cute little cottages. Although we couldn't use the pool or bonfire due to covid restrictions, they look like wonderful amenities to have! There was also a minimal morning breakfast ("minimal" due to covid restrictions) but delicious all the same. I stayed in a cottage with a kitchen. There was a full-sized fridge, plenty of cookware, and all appliances worked great! The rest of the cottage was cozy and clean. My favorite part of the cottage was the porch and patio set! The staff members are such sweet and kind people. They gave us hiking trail suggestions, and we're quick to answer phone calls and texts. I highly recommend...
