Just 30 minutes from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, this was the perfect home base for exploring the area. My family of 8 were able to stay at this beautiful spacious home/treehouse. Plenty of space for everyone. 1 1/2 bathrooms worked out great. The big bathroom is luxurious with the 2 person jet tub and steam shower. The private outdoor shower was a favorite. The location was perfect in the woods (not someone's back yard) but you can drive right up to it. We were able to easily create a beautiful dinner near the firepit.
