The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed comfortable, and plenty of nice pillows. There’s room felt a little humid even with the air conditioner running full blast, but it was extremely hot outside and rainy, so I can understand that. There was a refrigerator and coffee station in the room and lots of lighting. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Water pressure was strong. Breakfast was convenient and free, so no complaints about it . It was decent - good enough to get you through the morning but nothing exceptional. The coffee was fresh and good. My only negative issue was that my room was on the second floor and there wasn’t a working elevator. To access the stairs you have to go through the manual front door into the vestibule, then use your key to open the door to the stairs which is of course hinged to close automatically. Then there’s another automatically closing door at the top of the stairs. This is a little tricky when you’re carrying your luggage and other items. Not a huge deal, but not the best. CHECK-IN: Friendly and fast check-in. Little convenience store in the lobby area. ROOM: We were given a room on the first floor. The room was nice. A good size, clean, well-laid out. IN-ROOM EXTRAS: Clock/microwave/in-room coffee/mini fridge. One bad thing was I decided to make myself a tea and thee was a used coffee filter in the machine. I have to say though, the coffee that was provided in the room was excellent - it was "Seattle's Best" and probably the best coffee in room that we had all trip...too bad the breakfast room coffee was abysmal. TUB: Very nice BED: 4 pillows per bed; a nice quiet dark and comfy sleep. I was surprised it was so quiet as we were rather close to the BNSF (train) main line and there were 9 trains during the night. BREAKFAST: Poor. There were scrambled eggs but they were very rubbery and had an unpleasant taste. There was also biscuits and gravy/yogurt/bread/bagels/waffles/cereal/oatmeal. This hotel is very conveniently located right on the highway. It is well lit outside and feels very safe. I had a good night's sleep, and the bed was comfortable. The main reason I gave only 3 stars is because the shower head was on the massage mode when I turned the water on. I tried to turn it to spray mode and it just dripped out water with no spray. The massage mode had too much pressure for a comfortable shower. There was no conditioner, and very little shower gel in the refillable containers in the bathroom. I told the lady at the front desk these things so that they could be fixed, but she didn't act like she cared too...
