Regal Inn — Hotel in Harrison Township

As far as I'm concerned this is the best hotel on earth.. very respectful staff made sure our stay was amazing, and we had to stop there seeing as our wheel studs sheared off on the highway and tire was about to fall off at 75mph.. man am I glad it happened there. because, I stayed in the most clean respectful hotel ever not to mention the owner/staff opened his garage door and let me use his heated personal onsite garage and tools overnight.. untill the next morning after getting parts and fixing my truck... sir if you see this thank you so much, I could never repay your for your kindness and helpfulness..not to mention you caring to make sure our stay was well fit and clean keep up the good work and customer appreciation. I know I sure appreciate you and your kindness and professionalism all while lending a hand to a stranger leaving them in your garage to be able to get vehicle back on the road safely and back home to family again thank you and your business/staff.. ps would have been breakfast served on top of everything except for thanks to covid 19 business aren't aloud to sever foods and such but if wasnt for the restrictions from the virus you can bet it would have been there.. and you can park your vehicle outside without worrying about your safety or your tools/belongings getting stolen. They take so much pride in their rooms they put mints on each pillow the towels are hanging folded a certain way to hold the wash rags and shampoo they deff take the time to make it nice clean comfortable stay and for a value that you can't find anywhere else for the quality of stay thanks again phill and staff great work you can tell new management just by the little things.. like the pictures of towel and wash...

We were a guest at the Regal and from October to November 2020 when I first arrived at the hotel I left to get food somebody try to come in my room five minutes later thinking nobody was there when I return my wife told me that somebody had tried to come in on another occasion I was not at the room and my wife returned there at 11 p.m. the manager busted in the room while she was undressed in bed and told her that if she did not leave he was calling the police for no reason the motel is in the middle of nowhere she had no vehicle no phone and he made her walk and basically kicked her out of the motel that was paid for no good reason we had been guest there for 3 weeks our room was paid my wife gave them a bad review manager called my voicemail and told me if he I did not have her take it off he was going to sue me LOL we did not return to the room and they packed our belongings up we noticed a few things were missing a sweeper and a heater we called to get our things back in the midst of the conversation my wife was talking in the background the manager said you better have her to quote" shut her f** mouth in those exact words told us we would not get our things back because it has been over 30 days basically the place is nasty it has roaches they probably don't have a lot of business they make it a lot more business if they found new people that work there if I could give them a...

I recently stayed here and chose this place because of the reviews. They were pretty glowing for the price. Well, I don't believe them and I am not sure what place these other people were staying at. I will start with the one thing that was good. The staff are really nice. They seemed friendly and helpful. That's where the positive ends. Other reviews said the place was clean. It is not clean at all. The beds had a hair in them and the mattress, when pulled out a bit had hair and dust and dead bugs between the wall on top of the box spring. The box spring cover was covered in stains and dirt like they had never been changed. When I pulled back the blanket on one of the beds there was a huge yellow stain on the sheets. The carpet was absolutely filthy and I had to wear shoes the whole time in there. The bathroom was disgusting with a dirty and rusted tub and the water was either well water or the pipes were bad because it smelled horribly metallic. The surfaces were dirty, the welcome "letter" was disgusting and stained and didn't provide the wifi password like they stated it would. Also in 40 degree weather the heater didn't work. At all. I put it on 90 and it still blew out cold air. All and all the place is EXTREMELY dated and gross. Spend the extra 20 0 40 dollars to stay...
