Don't take children here during the demolition derby UNLESS YOU BOUGHT A TICKET ONLINE!!! They were sold out when we arrived and had traveled to partake in all the festivities. If you aren't lucky enough to get a ticket, and you are standing anywhere where your three year old might be able to see the derby from your shoulders, the police chief will promptly treat you like a freeloader and explain to your three year old that if you weren't such a failure, he'd actually let you watch. When asked if he would please just let us pay to stand in this spot with a terrible view, he chuckled and said "sounds like something you need to take up with the fair board." Simply stand still in the grass too long, the police chief will come move you along....

The water pressure was bad and the water had a brown tinge to it. They charged for showers, and there was no other amenities. Also when I booked it the website said my rv spot had partial shade. That was just a flat out lie. There was no shade at all. There was no dumpster that the residents were allowed to use either.
