I am an event planner and my clients booked Flor and Brian for a ranch opening at a remote location. We needed breakfast, lunch, and dinner for four days serving over 200 people through the weekend.They rose to the occasion and scale of the demands in an incredible way!!

Their food was creative, delicious, and beautifully presented at every single meal. They dealt with weather, location, and complex logistics with expertise and patience. Their team was an absolute pleasure to work with and our guests raved about the food and service.

Wow, wow, wow! I just had my first catered experience by La Central and it was AMAZING!!! The organization that I work for had La Central cater our holiday event for 40. The food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. We had roasted pork, prime rib, scalloped potatoes, rice pilaf, toasted Brussels sprouts, samosas, wontons, and greens. The dessert was just exquisite, chocolate and ganache Yule logs with a fresh strawberry sauce! OMG!! La Central was timely, clean, professional, and delivered everything on par. Brian and Flor are amazing to work with. I organized a networking event for the Colorado Food Systems Advisory Council at Routt Distillery in Steamboat Springs. I needed to find a caterer that would celebrate agriculture from the Yampa Valley.
