*BED BUGS!! * had an emergency with a frozen pipe during this last freeze and luckily found this place had rooms available. my family has stayed here in the past and outside of being outdated and in clear need of repairs had no real issues so I didn't think twice. booked two rooms for my family including our children. we had to switch rooms at first becsuse one room was literally already occupied so when we used the key card we noticed the door chain was on and someone screamed from inside then the other rooms plumbing wasn't working. I had doubts but with it being so late and in this small rural area there's not a lot of options so against my better judgement we stayed. after checking the new rooms and getting settled we turned in for the night only to woken up with bedbugs crawling on me and the pillow next to me. I have so many bites but thank god my children didn't get as many but we began the outright frustrating task of insuring we don't being them home. after replacing what we could, washing and rewashing everything else and the constant feeling of having bugs on me and worrying about bringing them home I discovered the response the hotel manager/owners had.. to put it bluntly they claimed they didn't find any bugs, they don't have bugs me a while I literally put one in a zip lock bag to show them and showed them it. I'm not about to strip and show the bites everywhere but please please beware, we're out roughly 150 dollars for two rooms that caused us to have even more expense with not even an apology from...

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There is a 24 hr QT up the road on the interstate. Stay there in your vehicle over this place! This place should be ZERO stars. I wasn't going to leave a negative review until they just stole $100 from me. We stayed with them on multiple stays recently because we're homeless and the second time was in a non-smoking room. They're claiming we smoked inside the room which is not true. I'm disabled and I got dressed, which is hard for me, and walked outside every single time I smoked and so did the person with me. We've dealt with everything from bug infestations, half of things not working, hardly anything being clean in the rooms, unprofessional staff, even our key lock not working to our room part of the time, among other things. They rarely answer their phone and there's rarely staff at front to help you. My brother nearly had some kind of liquid dumped on his head walking down the sidewalk from staff on the second floor in freezing temperatures. This is the nastiest place I've ever stayed in and the most unprofessional. They overcharge in the first place for what you're getting. Then they steal from me. I've been an assistant executive housekeeper in an award winning hotel in a large tourist town before I became disabled. Do...
Read moreI should have known this was going to be bad after reading all of the terrible recent reviews.
My fiancé and I were traveling with our 7 month old to see sick family in Henryetta so we didn’t have many options for hotels.
The pictures of this Days Inn were so good I decided to move past the reviews and try it anyways. What a huge mistake that was!
Room #1 had ceiling tiles and debris on the floor as well as a few bugs. With a crawling 7 month old I had to ask for a different room.
The receptionist happily changed us to a different room. Too bad there were more bugs, mold in the bathroom and the AC couldn’t be changed from 74 degrees.
I went to ask for a refund and the receptionist didn’t know how to process one. Didn’t matter because the owner was watching her on a camera and was then controlling the computer and processing the cancellation. I have no idea if the owner was even in the hotel or not.
Priceline charged a first night fee to cancel since it wasn’t 24 hours before the reservation, but I would have happily paid that $60 just to get out of this nasty hotel.
For reference, they have inside and outside rooms. Our rooms were both inside so therefore there should have been no bugs.
We ended up staying at Green Country Inn across town and it was a million times better! The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable! The best part was being able to let my baby crawl around...
