Taco Bell — Restaurant in Henryetta

I ordered my food specifically without sour cream because I am allergic and by the time I got home and checked my food before I ate my it there was sour cream on it. I wouldn’t be this irritated but it’s a constant problem with this location and I checked the receipt and it specifically says it on there and in the window they also failed to give me a couple of my items and I had to ask for it. The food that I did receive was really stale and cold. From what I could see there was at least 4+ employees in there and I was One of two people in the drive-through line and dine in was closed. I called there to let them know to be more mindful of the orders and they had awful customer service and they hung up on me. Henryetta Taco...

Taco Bell is rarely my first pick for fast food but the hubby loves it. We are traveling from the West coast to the East coast and needed a quick bite after getting gas (I am sure I can make a joke here but I won't).

I had to rate this experience because this restaurant is sparkling clean. There was a young guy making sweet tea, organizing condiments and cleaning the windows. Impressive work ethic 👏 I wish I would have gotten his name but seriously - management if you're reading this - promote this guy ASAP or lose him to Chick-fil-A 😉

I always like the new things at taco Bell love their $5 gift box very good food the only thing that I could say is not everybody is into jalapenos and hot chipotle sauce they need to also remember there's thousands of us out there that I can regular tacos and burritos and nachos that ain't got jalapenos all over the cheese and all over the tray think about people that don't eat hot stuff because I can order just a play nachos with cheese and there's peppers in the cheese sauce I can't handle hot things and there's other people...
