The lady at the front desk, likely all of them actually NEED to read the pictures I left here and LEARN what you can and can not ask a disabled person about their service dogs.

As for the rooms, they're warm and safe. Do not expect any service though. They hide behind locked doors. They provide two cups, one coffee for two people, and will not give you any more because they lock you out of the front room, and even if you GET to the front, they won't answer. Edited to add: Coffee doesn't even work in this room.

If this is how they react when corrected and they're wrong, then we'll make sure to never bring our business to this company again.

I would have left them the educational card about ada laws, but they won't answer at the front desk and will likely throw my last one i have right now out anyways.

They also made our keycard quit working at 8am when advertising an 11 am check out.

Overpriced for what you receive. Walked into room very dark poor lighting went to open window there was no lock on the window and the screen was broken out(was staying on the first floor) didn't feel safe as men keep walking by window. Bed and pillows were old and needed updated.Took a shower in the morning the temp and water pressure keep changing as other rooms were using the water? Went to step in the shower it looked as thou the shower wasn't cleaned in between guest as there was a used bar of soap stuck to the bottom on the tub.Went to have my continental breakfast (as stated on the marquee outside and the website). Gentleman watching the counter was nice. The whole place looks abandoned. I could not use my Expedia reservation, so that was frustrating as I lost that money. The motel was quiet but under a lot of construction. The room needs a decor update and did not cool down even when the AC was set to cool to 60 on the highest fan setting. The room was not clean. There were ants everywhere. The bedding was not clean, the towels had large yellow stains. There were leftover crumbs on the floor. There were holes in the walls in the bathroom, and it looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. Lots of dirt/stains everywhere. There was no restaurant unlike the advertisement. Carpets are stained. Charged me $69 ($79 with tax) per night. More than the online prices for here. Shower curtain and bedding were stained. The place generally smells like old cigarette smoke. My keycard stopped working 3 hours before check out and I had to get it fixed twice before getting back into my room.
