Entirely misadvertised and the woman who runs it is defensive of these small things, making it even worse. advertised as having a private bathroom and it does not breakfast listed as 7:30-9:30am in the booklet that is in the room but it is not, it is at exactly 8am only which we were never notified about the noise is terrible - I was woken up to people talking downstairs that sounded like they were in our room, and that continued until we left. It was even bad when everyone else left but the woman and man who run it - it’s like she’s constantly yelling. woman running it just got defensive when trying to address the bathroom and breakfast, just saying “but we’ve had a lot of people stay without any complaint” - for every person who says something, though, there are a hundred who don’t say anything. we had to “prove” to her that the listing was wrong bc she just tried to say that she didn’t realize and blamed it on booking.com, though it is not the fault of booking.com, it is the fault of the business and it is illegal to do this kind of bait and switch she offered a 10% refund while asking “are you going to write a bad review either way?” - well, I wasn’t planning on it, but the fact that she tried to bribe us to not write a review means I sure as heck am now on top of all of this, the bathroom was out of toilet paper with no more rolls available I suggest avoiding this place unless you want to have no idea what you show up to regardless of what you booked, then want to deal with a defensive woman who won’t internalize or listen to the issues.

Okay first off I don't know who that winter cat is that put a ad in there I've never seen any of the description that this person is saying. Think it's what we refer to as a troll. There are homes behind the bed and breakfast but I mean that's what happens I mean there are other developments on the area. Overall it's a very nice property it is what I would consider rustic. That's what help gives its charm it's an old house goes back into the mid 1800s you have the typical wood beams exposed the beds are very comfortable it's a nice place. They serve a nice morning breakfast utilizing local ingredients when they can obviously in the winter time that's probably pretty difficult. What I really like about the places where the situated you're right near a lot of the farm fields and I just want to let people know who like to go out picking fruit book ahead when you're there in June and July because it will fill up because there's a lot of people like to go to the strawberry Fields & the Cherry Fields further up the road. It is a small bed and breakfast this place is not huge so it's quite intimate but if you like a nice quiet place it's definitely a place worth considering. The beds are comfortable maybe just a tad soft for somebody like me who basically likes a rock hard bed but I think for the average person...
