I had a very challenging time finding a Pellet stove company in the Lakes Region that would not service the model Pellet stove I had or who never returned phone calls. One company came out after waiting all day at 6 PM took the stove apart and said they would come back the next morning and never showed up. I finally received a return call and they gave me a quote that was extreme for what the stove needed and also said they would not be back out for another month leaving the stove and all the parts in disarray. Steve from Pellet Stove Solutions was professional, Timely, prompt, true to his word and his price which he was able to provide over the phone without even going to the house was right on. The best part was it was half the price of the other company who left the stove in pieces. He showed up on time as scheduled despite being an hour away and sent me pictures of the stove running perfectly. I would highly recommend...

I was a bit skeptical about this company when I saw the few negative reviews but figured I’d take the risk because there were quite a few recent positive reviews. Steve was very knowledgeable about the Napoleon stove, did a very good job fixing the gasket and blower motor that was making a terrible noise. Very prompt with his schedule and fair with his prices.

For those complaining about parts being over priced coming from somebody that works in the trades.. It’s only fair to upcharge on the price as he is taking a gamble hoping the parts he orders from the manufacturer are not defective because if they are unfortunately he has to come back and fix it on his dime if it’s within the warranty time.

I hired steve to diagnose and fix my pellet stove. Despite some bad Google reviews. He was respectful and left his dog outside. Steve did a great job cleaning our pellet stove. Even though the outcome was that we needed a new one. Learned late in the process that it needs a new control panel wiring and fan. He was very knowledgable and said he would help us in the process of finding a used pelletsrove online. 4 stars only because I have not yet asked for his assistance and dont know how that part of the process will go.
