This place is NOT for Glamping. It is for tenting, sleeping under the stars, and getting back to the peace and quiet of nature. There are no lights, no power sources, no water, barely an outhouse, no garbage service....it's real camping. And it was AMAZING. The campground is above a small alpine lake that is crystal clear and glows teal blue, surrounded by dense forest and steep trails, and houses all the snuffling, chirping creatures of the forest. Read moreBeautiful place to go camping, can get really crowded and noisy on the weekends, but that doesn't bother me too much. They only real reason for giving it 4 stars instead of five is, it's an unkept camping site. Other than the bathroom being pumped, most, if not all of the fire pits are in bad shape and people leave behind lots of trash. My wife and I packed out more trash than we produced. My wife and I tried to clean up the camp site the best we could with what we had, but it needs more TLC. Might return next month...
