This place has truly become our home away from home! The location is convenient and located maybe 15 minutes from bath house row and less than that For some beautiful hiking trails! The managers are very polite and friendly, the true definition of southern hospitality. We became fast friends. These folks have all the amenities that everyone else does, but for a fraction of the cost! Not every RV campground you go to is going to have MARBLE TILE in the bathhouse and laundry room. It’s nicer than most hotels, and the facilities have not only a keypad lock, but a deadbolt as well for extra security. Speaking of extra security, they’ve just installed a brand new privacy fence around the property as well. When you combine all of this with the freshly paved roads and Wi-Fi, why would you want to stay...

Stayed in D4 and it was great space. Only negative was long term resident with bright light on next to our space. The community restrooms were immaculately kept. Also would liked to have a mirror in the men and women’s restrooms. My wife hated she couldn’t do some things bc one didn’t exist. I believe a second toilet room where sink is would be a better use of space. My son and friend liked riding their bikes around. On the website one of the amenities listed is the community building or office area was the use of like pool table or table soccer. Etc. and it was never available. It would have been nice to use when we weren’t at the water park. If you are going to list it as an amenity then it needs to be available within posted hours. Other than that we loved it and probably...

It’s a very clean and quiet campground. The only reason it’s a 4 star is because we told them we had a 38’5th wheel towed by a F350 super duty truck. That’s about 54’ all together. We were told where to park upon arrival. There isn’t anyone working there, you have to call. We were not able to park in our designated spot so we chose another easier spot to get into. There is no room to pull that length of rig into the lots as they’re at a 90•angel with a fence 20 ft in front of you. The only way out was to back out and around. The bathroom and laundry rooms were very clean. The men’s bathroom was out of service so make sure you bolt the door shut behind you because the women’s room is the only...

Excellent location! This park is perfect in providing full hookups, a new laundry room and bathhouse at a very affordable price and a super location close to the ORV trails and downtown Hot Springs. They are working to get the sites all level. I would have given them 5 stars but there's no fire rings or pits, most sites don't have picnic tables and the white shale gravel tracks into the RV badly but it's manageable by removing shoes before going inside. Their wifi was slow, but we used our Pepwave and there's great access to Verizon. Overall, it's a pretty great place! Oh, and it's not inside the national park but very closeby.
