The park is located just off of and below business 70 east of Hot Springs, so there is a little road noise but it’s barely noticeable. The “storage” in the name refers to a few short rows of storage garages located near the front of the property, away from the camping area. We only saw a few people access those storage units during our stay (mostly long-term residents of the campground), so their presence didn’t impact our month-long stay.

Have your checkbook handy when you stop at the office to check in, as there is an extra fee for paying via credit card. Once you’ve checked in, the owner will guide you to your spot and help you position your rig. The campground has back-in sites that back up to the creek that flows along the east side of the campground; the rest of the spots are pull-though. There’s no dedicated path to the creek (you can only access it via an empty back-in site), but there are also two accessible ponds on the property. Most sites are big rig-friendly in terms of length, but they are also narrow: one neighbor to our left was able to deploy their awning without touching our slide, but not by much. All of the sites have level gravel surfaces, full hookups, and cable TV (about 20 or so channels via DirectTV).

In addition to the office, there is a second building that houses the bathrooms, the laundry room, a small library room, and a social room. Between the buildings is a grass field about 40 yards long and 15 yards wide which is a great place to walk dogs. You can also walk pets along and up the steep grassy hill on the west side of the campground. We had several packages delivered during our stay: Amazon vans drove up right to our site, while other packages were delivered to us by the owner.

In terms of cell service, the best speeds I got on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna during our stay were about 15Mbps down and 2Mbps up, but the bandwidth would vary. There were many occasions when the Verizon connection would be unusable (sometimes during the day, but most often in the evening); other times it was good enough to do video streaming, though with significants pauses and pixelation. We tried using the campground WiFi on occasion for web surfing, but sometimes that would get bogged down as well. In contrast, the bandwidth provided by the AT&T hotspot on my smartphone was always strong, so that served as my backup connection while working. The one speed test I performed on my AT&T phone showed 17Mbps down and 16Mbps up.

Despite the narrow sites and our bandwidth woes, we did enjoy our stay. Everyone at the campground was friendly, and the location was perfect for visiting Hot Springs and other local attractions. We would...

🌟 Five-Star Experience at J&J RV Park and Storage! 🌟

From the moment we pulled into J&J RV Park, we knew we’d found something special. The grounds are impeccably maintained, with spacious sites that offer both privacy and comfort. Whether you're staying overnight or settling in for a longer visit, the atmosphere is peaceful, secure, and welcoming.

The staff at J&J go above and beyond—friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making your stay enjoyable. The amenities are top-notch: clean restrooms, reliable hookups, and easy access to storage that’s both convenient and secure. It’s clear they’ve thought through every detail to make life on the road (or off it) as smooth as possible.

What really sets J&J apart is the sense of community. Fellow travelers are respectful and kind, and the location offers easy access to local attractions while still feeling like a quiet retreat. Whether you're a seasoned RVer or just starting out, this place feels like home.

Highly recommend J&J RV Park and Storage for anyone looking for a safe, serene, and well-run spot to park, store, and relax. We’ll...

Stayed here for three nights with my family while we visited hot springs National park. This rv park is in the perfect location! It was super easy to just hop on the highway and head to the heart of hot springs only about 5 mins away. Jj was very hospitable. And actually after meeting him my husband extended our stay for another night because Jj had gave us so many local recommendations and we wanted make sure we had enough time to do it all. We would definitely stay here again. The wifi is a little spotty but we didn’t use it much so it wasn’t a big deal. Also the first night we did hear some noise from the nearby highway but it was very seldom. Overall I was very pleased with this park. It was nice and quiet at night which is perfect because we have a 7 month old baby. We did meet a couple of the permanent residents and they were also very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. The bathhouse and laundry room are very well kept and clean. We did do laundry while we stayed and had no issues. If you are heading to Hot Springs you definitely need to stay here! You will not be...

We are in Hot Springs for several meets and greets this last two weeks. J & J, is a great place!!! Peaceful, quiet close to town, comfortable. Level sites, all the "public works" at one spot - very rare to see this but very welcome. All the necessary amenities - save one. No Propane station. Sites were adequate. Very narrow. Reminds me of row houses in Chicago - your dining room window opens about 18 inches from your neighbors. WAY too close. Biggest item they are missing is a dog park. Must get a dog park. Restrooms, Laundry are very nice, clean and functional. JJ is a consummate host. Personable and everyone likes him. Big Rig Friendly, no problem turning or maneuvering. Nice ponds and a stream for big dogs to play in behind the property. We'll be back when find ourselves in Hot Springs. Thanks JJ

A creek right behind my camper, maybe 6 feet away. Plenty of space between campers. Picnic table. 20,30,50 amp with water, sewer, & cable all in one place at each of 42 sites. Laundry room across the street with library room, meeting rooms, huge porch with chairs and fans, bath & shower rooms. The camp host was friendly and always asking if we needed anything. We were near Russellville when we called for a spot that evening. The host took our name (no credit card or reservations) and site waiting 2 hours later when we got there. Property well kept. 3 minutes from central ave (hwy 7) & Hot Springs National Park. I will stay here again. Our stay was for 7 days
