A Hidden Gem for RV Living! I can't say enough good things about our experience at this RV resort. The amenities here make it truly stand out and create a perfect balance of comfort and recreation. First, the pool is fantastic! It's always clean, spacious, and a great spot to relax or cool off on hot days. It's been a favorite for my family and a great place to meet other residents. The fitness center is another big plus. It’s well-equipped with everything you need to stay in shape during your stay, and it’s maintained beautifully. It’s so convenient to have access to a quality workout space right here. For anyone needing to get work done or just browse online, the computer room is a lifesaver. It’s quiet, comfortable, and has strong Wi-Fi, which is perfect for both work and casual use. One of the more unique features I’ve loved is the outdoor grills. They’re perfect for BBQs with friends or family, and the setup is always clean and ready to use. There’s something special about grilling outside and enjoying a meal in the fresh air. If you have kids, the recreational center is a must. It’s packed with fun kid stations and activities to keep little ones entertained. My children have made so many great memories there, and it’s a safe, fun environment for them to enjoy. All in all, this RV resort has it all – comfort, recreation, and a wonderful community atmosphere. Whether you’re here short-term or making it your home, it’s an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed here during my work assignment at Memorial Hermann Hospital SW. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Friendly staff, nice neighbors, great location and we definitely enjoyed the swimming area and the recreational center. The office staff do communicate regularly through email like when there's no water due to some maintenance the city of Houston is doing. And my neighbor also saved my RV from flooding when one of the line for my water filter under my sink suddenly dettached from the filter. The office staff immediately called me and left me a message. Even sent me a picture of the leak. They have a BBQ grill that is available for the tennants and its squeaky shiny and clean and at first I was kinda intimidated on using 😂. Space is not bad and I was close to the swimming pool which my kids enjoyed. I have a 2006 Class A motorhome and they didn't turn me away... They have older model RVs in the resort as well. Overall, we did enjoy our 3 month stay at this place and hopefully in the future, I'll get another assignment close to this place and I won't hesitate to come back again. Thank you guys!

Pros •next to freeway (59) •hidden •lots of tree •trail • clean/coded restrooms Cons • older •next to dealerships (lots of traffic parked on road so its hard to navigate your camper in and out of the park and theres noise from loud speaker) •lots of random freeway noise •hard to park your vehicles in the park •Employees could do better when dealing with guests •laundry machines do not read credit cards well, takes 10min to accept payment. •lifers are rude, sites are cluttered/dirty. •Uhaul on the same street cars are in and out of. •The RV Park is Not gated. So you cant have anything nice out. •Homless population lives on the trail, there is a whole community back there. Not safe to walk on, there have been motorcyles and cars that drive on this trail. Also smells bad because of the bayou. •Tow Truck company on same street (they speed up and down the street, gets loud at night, they drive recklessly) Overall not bad for a night or 2, but they offer better stays at their other locations. •The price is higher than expected for what it offers. 5stars to Bayou Oaks RV Park Eastlake RV Resort

While in Florida we found out we had to make a 2 week detour in Houston on the was to Colorado (work).... Beth was more than happy to accommodate over the phone.

We were stuck in traffic, imagine that...and arrived after hours. We took the envelope with our name on it from the after hour check in location. The site number on the outside of the envelope was different from ther site number listed on the info packet inside. The site # inside was exactly what we asked for, large pull thru 50 amp, with parking for both of our vehicles. The site they put us in, well, we could barely fit the rig, and definitely not the f350, our our SUV. So we needed 2 additional parking spaces which are extremely limited, in the middle of the park and have signs of no 24 hour parking.... The full time resident behind us mentioned she had lived there roughly 16 years, the site was disgusting to look at....garbage and junk all around the site...and the odor!!!!!!!!! And multiple feral cats lived there... being fed by the neighbor. The resident was constantly involving themselves in our business, we weren’t even comfortable spending any time outside of our rig.

And that’s only the one neighbor we backup up to, they side of the park they placed us in looked like a trailer park, many full time residents with extremely old campers...some were not even campers or RV’s..just like cargo trailers.

The lighting is terrible in the evening. There is no pet area, no off leash area.... tiny RV park, cannot call it a resort. The pads are concrete but not level. The sewer hookup is not standard size, nor could we find the correct size to fit so we had to make something out of PVC at Home Depot.

We travel Fulltime, across the US and have stayed at dozens of RV Parks, resorts, National Parks, etc. and this by far, was the worst experience we have had... Not to say the whole park is bad...while going for a walk the first night the pool and rec room appeared to be clean. We did not use the laundry or shower facilities. We will not be back, especially for...

Because of the love and welcoming experiances, we recieved from last Management when we first moved here, i feel to rate 5Stars, for our last stay, and will not complaint about a few minor things that was unpleasent with last, and new neighbors, because i was still able to be a blessing to several last neighbors before we moved, there are some beautiful people here! But, moved back second time, because of that great experience with old management!:) But, i also believe; a few not so good experiences with our new neighbors can be better, if we try and find time to communicate, or even pray on: How can all of us be of some kind of help to each other, to improve, or better this beautiful community? I think we can also start by: Praying we can get: Early emails, about on site issues with the water cut off notices, so the residence can better prepare for getaways, or advanced notices on maybe activities that can usher in inviting chemistry to new/old residence(s), as well as; being informed in advanced on any public situations, or activities that may cause añy residence to feel harmed, or any uneasy feelings due to their surroundings of any personal, or public events, or experiences, including advanced notices if, or when staff any office staffs, onsite/offsite; related members, associates, or relatives maybe living next door, so that all (RV's Occupants)can share any onsite concerns, without having to interrup any office staff jobs, meetings, or incase of any office closures. Yes, i strongly feel we all can somehow; make some kind of positive difference in someone's life here, "come on now! And because, look how close we are. SO, "DON'T BE SHY, JUST SAY HI! And i would like to say "Hello", to our "New Neighbors/Office Staff! Heard your new in Office here, just moved next to us, although i have'nt met you as of yet, only hubby, but hopfully...

I stayed there for 3 months and I wish I would’ve listened to the people that warned me to leave when we first started experiencing some issues. Instead, I kept throwing things over my shoulder because my neighbors we’re so friendly and my needs were met. Unfortunately, I had a growing compromised experience here. This led to management waking me up out of my sleep one day to curse at and confront me about reporting an issue to corporate.

Overall, when I brought a few issues to corporate, the way they handled most of them said enough so I moved. It got so bad to the point where I had to document and record things. I’m so glad I did because this place has terrible integrity and I tried to give them a chance to resolve things instead of writing this review and moving. But things actually got worse because they’re very defensive and will try to push your buttons to get a reaction out of you I guess. Idk I was even hung up on, then management started gossiping around the RV park. I couldn’t believe it. So immature. I was informed from the police and my neighbors that management was overreacting about issues and gossiping and so I so glad I just finally put in my move out notice and left.

There are more events and documentation that can describe my overall experience but the bottom line is that I understand that everyone can’t move so easily when they’re uncomfortable. My biggest suggestion to anyone considering staying here short or long term is to not just take my personal experience into consideration, but to in fact go talk to few of the residents and make some observations. I didn’t have enough time to do this because I moved from across the country. There are plenty of RV parks offering better a experience for less or the same rates that this company is charging. Do you research to save yourself...
