Budget Inn — Hotel in Immokalee

I would give it a half a star, NOT EVEN A WHOLE ONE. The half is ONLY because it appears to at least be cleaned and no trash under the bed but the room is like staying in an abandoned house with broken mirrors and beds being held up by creaking pieces of wood. I pulled the shower curtain back and a roach was on my hand, the soap can be used as a hockey puck, the a.c on the wall froze up and we woke up sweating, the girl at the front desk is extremely rude. Last night we went to ask for toilet paper, since u get ONE roll that may be 100 sheets at best, and she actually asked DID WE KNO THE TIME, my guess is you don't wipe until dawn around here..... They need to be shut down and maybe that will humble them back to earth. The young girl in the office needs to be put OFF the property all together if they want to...

This place is a dump. Angle parking to small for a normal car. Bathroom had no knobs on the foor,but the mechanism was still in it. Had to take my pocket knife out to open the door. Dirty,the whole place needs cleaning and a brighter paint job. Only 1 wash cloth. Bed was comfortable. Tv worked ok. Could be much better if they would put some money into fixing things. Toilet paper holder was a bent piece of metal. Mold on bathroom baseboards...

I initially left a positive review just based on the look of the room. I am changing it now because upon going to sleep the bed bugs were so bad I checked out at 1 in the morning and just slept in my truck. And when I called to let them know how bad the situation was they hung up the phone on me. I really hope you guys get this...
