We were happy to find out about Club Vieques shortly after their opening, and booked a stay for our time on the island. We had such a great time, the owners/managers of the property were very accommodating and friendly, even hosting a sunset tea dance event at the on-site bar to inaugurate the place! The views are spectacular, particularly from the upper level, with balconies looking out to the sea or green hills (ours had views of both). The other guests were a mix of guys from San Juan metro area and various places in the US, and it was easy to make friends quickly! We ended up all going down to Playauela beach together one afternoon, which is about a 15-20 minute drive by car into the Vieques National Wildlife Refuge. The rooms at the hotel were well appointed with all new furniture, linens and towels, as well as new AC that we used at night and got some very solid sleep. I am looking forward to visiting again to see how the place continues to grow and expand. If you have not visited Vieques before, I would recommend planning carefully, particularly your car/golf cart rental, as they often sell out in peak periods and relying on taxis can be complicated with long waits (we used Vieques UTV near the airport). This would also go for the restaurant dining (the hotel has on-site breakfast), so I would recommend checking some of the local restaurant websites and making reservations for your dinner plans, as many book up and/or close earlier than they normally do in a city, or are not open every day of the week. Our favorite restaurant was right down the street--Tin Box, I would highly recommend, as well as brunch at Blue Horizon which has great views of the Caribbean, and both had good service. Thanks again to the Club Vieques team, such a memorable and relaxing way to spend...

Sean and Paul have made a wonderful holiday offering, that I had the pleasure to stumble across and stay at last week. Club Vieques is a really charming property; well, and freshly, renovated in December 2024.

They, and the staff, are incredibly friendly, available and helpful, whilst also offering privacy and space for their guests; a function also of the design of the accommodations, with windows and vistas facing out across the landscape, and many with private balconies, again, facing the surrounding countryside and away from the pool area. The pool and bar though, are there for whenever you want to hang out. What a treat to have something like this, right there, on paradise island! Come with friends, the gaggle, or come by yourself. You will be just as welcome'd, I'm sure, and feel just as at home! I felt that there was space there for whatever vibe you need. And space also, such that every guest staying, could enjoy it, in their own way.

Vieques is a beautiful and undeveloped (in the best way) island, and this felt like a home from home, whatever you are seeking; like I was staying in property owned by old friends, set up as suites, where I might as easily want to hang out / Tea Dance by the pool bar for the day, as go off exploring the magical beaches. True Caribbean holiday destination, whilst safe and really inclusive, fun and unforgettable, in the all the best ways.

5 minutes drive into Esperanza and great restaurant scene / 30 minutes walk to the nearest - get a car or a ATV/Golf buggy. Drinking water on tap. Proper nice. Go...

Club Vieques Owners Sean & Paul opened the resort in December and are still making improvements and additions to the beautiful island feel space.|Driving onto the property and seeing the property gives a feeling of a big exhale. The property has a very relaxing feel.|Upon arrival Sean & Paul made us feel as if we were visiting them in their home. They made great recommendations for dinning, beaches and exploring the beautiful island. |The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The bed, linens and pillows were top notch and very comfortable. It was nice to have a desk and a couple chairs in the room.|The public areas were also done very well. The water in the pool is crystal clear. They built a beautiful open air bar where we had breakfast and cocktails and met a very eclectic group of interested and interesting people. The resort has a very inclusive feel.|The BBQ’s and events that are open to the public were a lot of fun. I actually ran into a friend from the 1980’s that I have not seen in decades. Wonderful!|The wild horses rooming the property and the island as if it was their own added a somewhat magical feel.|The bartender Josh was a load of fun to hang out with. Bear the massage therapist was amazing and very talented in addressing areas that needed work.|Alli in all it was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay at Cub Vieques. That being said we are planning to return in the...

A Hidden Gem in Vieques – A Must-Visit for LGBTQ+ Travelers! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Club Vieques, and I can’t recommend it enough! This brand-new clothing-optional guesthouse gives resort vibes with its stunning resort-style pool, large open-air bar, and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt embraced by the warmth of the space and the incredible hospitality of Sean and Paul, who have truly created something special here. The property exudes relaxed luxury, blending tropical charm with a laid-back, inclusive vibe. Whether you’re lounging poolside, sipping a cocktail at the bar, or meeting fellow travelers, the energy is fun, freeing, and undeniably inviting. And let’s not forget Lucy, their adorable Italian rescue pup, who adds an extra touch of love to the experience! While Club Vieques is still evolving—with more rooms and a dedicated breakfast area in the works—it’s already a must-visit for LGBTQIA+ travelers looking for a stylish, sexy, and welcoming escape. If you’re seeking a place to relax, connect, and soak in the magic of Vieques, this is it. I can’t wait to see how this incredible space continues to grow!

If you're looking for the perfect getaway, look no further—this place is a gem! From the moment we arrived by ferry, Sean and Paul made us feel like VIPs. Their hospitality is unparalleled; Sean was so attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything. When we realized we had neglected to arrange our transportation, Sean swooped in to save the day, quickly securing us a jeep and even picking us up himself. The accommodations? Absolutely breathtaking! Our room was not only spacious and impeccably clean, but the views around the hotel were straight out of a postcard—think stunning horses grazing, vibrant flowers, and a gorgeous pool that beckons you to unwind. Each morning started perfectly with a delightful spread of coffee and toast, complemented by warm welcomes from the staff. And let me tell you about Saturday nights! The atmosphere was electric, with music filling the air and laughter all around—truly a fantastic vibe. If you find yourself in Vieques, staying here is a must! Seriously, if you skip this place, what are you even doing in ? It’s an experience you won’t want to miss!
