We absolutely loved it here and can't wait to visit again! The cabins are absolutely beautiful, built with the utmost care and comfortability for their guests. They have everything that you need in them-comfy furniture, nice kitchen area and very comfy bedrooms and beds. It was very clean, and very private, which we really enjoyed. There is also an outdoor hot tub, but we did not use it. The location was perfect for us, because we were driving from Yellowstone Park up to Bozeman, and wanted to stay one night just outside the park. This got us away from all the park traffic, and all the tourists in West Yellowstone, which is what we were looking for. It is in a beautifully wooded area that is quiet and private. There are good restaurants nearby, but you could also pick up food and comfortably eat in your cabin, too. We hated to leave the cabin, we were so comfortable there. One of the best things about the Pines is the owners. They are wonderful people who run a terrific place. They are so knowledgeable about the area, so responsive to every need, and so friendly, it was truly a pleasure to meet them and stay at their cabins. Whenever we are anywhere even remotely in the area again, this is the only place we would...
Read moreI'd like to start this review by prefacing it by writing I would like to give this a 4.5 star review.
Summary: Well Priced, Meh location, Clean, Well furnished, Comfortable
The main reason why I decided to stay here is because the lodge was significantly cheaper than other housing near Yellowstone. Also, the lodges are huge and a lot better than anything of it's price, considering there was no bugs (inside the lodge, of course there are bugs outside), it was completely clean, there was a grill and a Jacuzzi on the deck, and there was also a large fridge and freezer, a stove, a microwave, a bathtub and a shower, an oven, two TVs, two bedrooms (fits 4 to 6 people), a dishwasher, sofas, a bath tub, a shower, and a couple fans. The one downside of this is that it's far from Yellowstone and any common food chains like mcdonalds and supermarkets such as Walmart. Contrary to previous reviews, there IS Wi-Fi. However, the WiFi is a little bit slow, so you might have some trouble loading videos, but that's pretty rare. If you are interested in waking up to nature, this isn't really the cabin for you, but if you walk outside it's...
Read moreWish it could be 5 stars, but several issues were experienced. The first night we arrived the spa was not working, Collin was great and came to repair it, he noticed our deck out to the spa had a foot of snow on it and he said he would have some one shovel it in the morning. Second evening spa not working again, Collin comes to the rescue once more to try and fix it. He comments that deck was still not shoveled and says he will personally shovel it tomorrow. Wonderful Collin shows up on our third day and shovels the deck in the morning. Unfortunately once again that evening the spa is not working again. Collin comes to the rescue and this time it appears to be fixed. These cabins are in a wonderful location for snowmobile riding and we would love to come back, BUT only if they have replaced the totally worn out and super uncomfortable sofa and chair. Went to plug our Amazon Firestick into the tv and there was several years accumulated dust behind the tv on all the wires and components. Collin was super helpful and polite and tried his best to resolve issues. Also we were not told the restaurant was closed until...
