The rooms are so outdated, hotel is not up to par with other resorts at same price level. Ex, hallways , furniture , carpet, vents dirty, couch in room was gross, elevator so damaged . It’s a 3 star hotel . I’ll be spending money elsewhere. It needs a major room update. Hallways are cringe.

I’ll be going to new hotel downtown instead

Food was excellent however.

Spa was good but lounge pools you could hear kid pool. Kid pool was soooo over crowded. Wood house is way better

Please be aware of this place. Mediocre rooms which is fine but terrible service.

I requested for dental kit (tooth brush and paste ) at check in, reminded again at night. Initially promised will get at night and then in morning. All I get is an apology message till 9 am. Had to leave for work without brushing. Terrible service. Come only if you are sure no service is required.
