Jefferson Mobile Home Court — Hotel in Jeffersonville

This is a retirement community, so no children are allowed. The community is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I lived here for 6 years. Best mobile home park around. Grounds are well kept by the individual owners. Many areas are full of trees, giving the place the feel of a neighborhood with houses (instead of mobile homes). Older areas include water and sewer with lot rent. Lots in the back pay water and sewer themselves....

It's a great park if you don't care about the "rules". It is supposed to be a retirement community but this is not the case. I have lived close to a young lady and her very young son for years. The owner does not seem to care about the rules he wrote or for some reason picks and chooses who to inforce them on. It's a very clean and quiet park if you don't live by by these exceptions...
