Do not spend the roughly $150/night for a room worth maybe $50. Starting in the bathroom, I saw both dead and alive bugs, grime around the toilet, a rusted out shower curtain rod, and a shower drain that has to be held open to drain because it literally can't lock into the up position. Also, there isn't a single power outlet in the bathroom. The living space itself looked mostly ok until I started noticing things. Like drawers not remotely installed properly or the TV remote that doesn't work (and/or it's the TV) with buttons worn near completely and is missing the battery cover. The fridge is so unbalanced that it rocks like a chair outside Cracker Barrel, and is so old or dirty that the inside panels have turned a splotchy, yellow and beige + mold is visible on parts of the metal. The TV cable is carelessly exposed and ran across half the length of the longest wall. Lastly, the cheap coffee pot was basically useless without unplugging the maybe broken TV or unsanitary fridge because the only other outlets were either right next to a bed or so high up that the cord literally could not reach the nearest surface. Truthfully, there is an electrical plug built into some lamps, but I wouldn't trust that to do more than charge a phone.

I went here and rented a room for the night and they gave me a dirty room that had bed bugs šŸž,😔sheets were dirty and stain pillows too,I was laying down and felt something bit me I see it was a bed bug ,I kept of seen more and more walking all thru the bed and the floor even baby ones ,as soon as I kept seen them walking thru the bed and the pillows I just hurry up and pack all my stuff and left ,I end up sleeping that night inside the truck .I drove 11hours away to get there to this nasty place I even told the front desk person that I can’t stay here the room u gave me is fill with bed bugs and I’m not trying to get eating up all night I want my money back put on my card,he told me itā€ll be back on my card within 3 to 5 business days, and the reason I slept in the truck too was cause I drive trucks and ran out of driving time ,I only allowed to drive 11 hours a day ,so I was stuck sleeping in the truck on their parking lot,I don’t recommend nobody to stay at this bed bug hotel ,I found at least 10 bed bugs there ,Very gross 🤢🤢🤢😔😔😔

DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY HAVE BEDBUGS! I’m a travel nurse on assignment. I stayed there for about a week and a half. I stayed in 2 different rooms during this time both had issues with bed bugs. When I told the front desk, the lady at the front was rude and stated, ā€œ we’ve never had those issues here.ā€ Little did she know, I woke up to them in the bed with me and killed two full of blood… pics included. Of course she was vet apologetic when I showed her. I switched rooms and again I was getting bit…. She was rude and shrugged her shoulders denying the new room had bedbugs even after our previous encounter. I decided to check out because at least point she’s in denial and the place clearly has an issue. When I got my refund for the remaining days I had already paid for, they tried to get me to sign a document saying I was satisfied with the accommodations they provided and I refused. They threatened to deny my refund if I didn’t sign it. Needless to say, I didn’t sign and I got my refund. The place is absolutely ridiculous.

I liked the hotel enough to stay here for a few days in a row and decided to rebook because they didn't seem to mind our kids being there. The hotel staff comes to knock on your door at 11 o'clock sharp every single day and they barely speak English so it's harder to tell them if you're going to need anything. However they were pretty polite and always gave me extra towels whenever I needed them. For some unknown reason they allow people to smoke weed inside the building and they prop the door open to the side entrance at all times. This means that the hotel is constantly freezing and reeks of cigarette smoke when you walk into the hallway, lobby or breakfast area even though it is a strictly nonsmoking hotel.

I tried to work out in the breakfast area one time because my kids were distracting but it was so cold and smelled so bad I couldn't stand it for more than a couple of minutes and had to go back to my warm room.

There is never enough juice in the juice machine to get juice during breakfast and the breakfast itself could be improved a lot. I tried to get tea instead of the gross coffee that they serve but when they ran out of sugar and creamer they claimed there wasn't any more (I guess they expect everyone to just use sweet and low but no creamer).

The staff asks you to bring used towels to the front one day and the next day tells you not to, but will always give more when you need them.

We booked a mobility accessible room to see what it was like and make sure to get a first floor because every place I go has a window that won't lock when we get a higher floor and the baby always tries to open them and fall out. It reminded me of a hospital room but it was comfortable. However there were no places I could hang up anything at all and he could reach everything so he could pour everything out. Wouldn't recommend staying in a mobility accessible room at all, there's nowhere to hang clothes or put anything and the limited dresser space they have is a built in under the bench seat but the drawers are jammed closed / halfway broken.

The parking lot had a lot of trash. The neighborhood is not the greatest but it's only a few miles from nicer areas. The room was comfortable and just ok, not terribly beautiful but definitely clean...

Top 10 in my list of Worst Nights Ever. First, getting in the door to our room was a challenge. It was slightly off at the top making it stick. When we finally managed to open the door with brute force, it made such a noise, I was afraid someone would mistake it for a gunshot and call the police. Looking around a bit, we discovered the closet door was missing some hardware, and so hung cockeyed. It had to be lifted up to be opened. Also, someone had left a personal item in one of the drawers. Housekeeping?? We thought if those were the worst things, then our stay would be fine. We turned on the TV as it was still fairly early. All the free HBO channels they proudly advertise? "Weak signal" on every single one. I decide to read my book, then, while hubby channel surfed. This is when I noticed the big issue. The beds are so soft (like marshmallows!) and the pillows as well (like clouds!) that the bed developed a rut down the center that I rolled into and struggled to get out of. I then tried to position myself in the edge of the bed but every time I turned over, I fell back into the chasm. Also, the cloud-like pillows offered no support so I might as well not have had any. I got maybe 2 hours of sleep. Don't speak to me if you see me today. I'm cranky.

Other issues:

  1. There are no liners in any of the trash cans. Gross.
  2. The toilet paper is located a good 3+ feet from the toilet. For a short person, this is most inconvenient.
  3. The only chair's upholstery is ripped and coming off.
  4. Bathroom door lock doesn't work.
  5. Toilet only flushed when the handle was held down for the entire process.
  6. You can hear every footstep of every person above or in the hall.

We stayed here because our AC at home went out on the hottest day of the year and this was the closest place with availability. I wish I would have stayed in...

I was overcharged for my stay, by 3 times! When I called in to have the issue corrected I was informed that there was a system issue resulting in one extra charge, however in the system it showed I checked out at a later date, resulting in the additional charges. When I advised staff I did not stay longer than my original booking, they argued they had proof of me extending my stay. I was told there was footage of me checking out of the hotel on January 3rd, 2022, when I in fact did not. I checked out on January 2nd, 2022. I was shocked to have learned this information so I made plans to return to the hotel immediately, considering the facts. Once I arrived to the hotel staff on duty, whom I spoke with over the phone, whom claimed to have viewed footage of me checking out on January 3rd, did not even recognize me! Very obvious they had been looking at someone else on camera checking out, and I believe it was a STAFF ERROR that resulted in that persons stay being charged to my card. I also was able to see documents from where the stay was extended and it had all my card information with another persons signature!! That is card fraud!! I pointed out the signature to the manager but he still argued it was me who stayed the extra night. The manager was also VERY RUDE. At one point he told me "you don't need the money right now, why are you even here?" clearly he did not care at the fact that staff had been so negligent as to make sure they are charging guest appropriately. Never once received an apology for the issue or inconvenience. Also during my stay, room service walked in on me, way before check out time. I could hear the people next door getting it on! The room was very dirty. Very dissatisfied with my stay, staff and the entire...
