They refused to return my security deposit, They never notified me why until I called to enquire then they claim my shoes put stains on the carpet of the room. A very BOGUS CLAIM if I ever heard one. If this happened in truth, it should have been something to immediately bring to the guest's attention not just hold on to their money without any explanation and offer this as an excuse when guest calls to enquire about their money over a week later.
An absolutely over priced at close to $200 with unfriendly and unhelpful staff shouldn't be playing games to hold on to guest's security deposits. Poor...

Again reading your response further insults my intelligence. You had a surveillance camera show me putting oil on my shoes to the carpet in your room? Do you have surveillance within the privacy of your rooms? Would it be difficult to understand that anyone who has any kind of contaminants under his of her shoes is UNLIKELY TO KNOW? And that at whatever point you realize I may have oil underneath my shoes (which i definitely didn't know) would be the appropriate time to call my attention to it and advise me of any mitigating consequences.

The rooms are extremely expensive and I would not pay again. I was asked for my card for incidentals, which I expected, but I was charged full price for my room a second time. Read moreWhen arrived at 1 am, my booking was not there. For some reason my booking was cancelled. I have to wait for 1 hr. in the lobby, during the middle of night, and it was not fun.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. Both bathroom and room were smelly. Not the best place to spend the night. Even after repeated requests, the problem was not fix and they did not offer me an alternate room.
The room didn't offer water bottles. On one day the receptionist was great, she offered me 2 water bottles and nice cookies. The next day, another receptionist refused to offer a water bottle and on the 4th day they left 3 bottles in room. This was inconsistent behavior.
