Snow Ridge Village — Hotel in Kidder Township

Snow ridge village is unfortunately very rundown old I don’t think they have made any repairs in25 years the man who is in charge of management company is BRAD Jones he is not a nice person and is impossible to deal with landscaping is not kept up the units are supposed to Be painted every 5 years they aren’t I unfortunately was declared handicapped 6months ago by a doctor I notified them never for a handicap parking spot never got an answer back I will now hire a lawyer the trees are not maintained or groomed the staff is rude winter time the walk ways to units are not shoveled I live here 25 years ago it was gods county the most beautiful place in the world shame what happened to it because it used to be so amazing here don’t get me wrong the trees birds wildlife are beautiful but the management company running the place is the worst and the staff is even worse same ps the internet TV and phone has been changed to a monopoly and they now control it and it never works talk about...

The cottage is amazing. Modern and up to date. They should update their profile pics, because it can scare renters away. The beds were so comfy, 2 baths so convenient, and a beautiful kitchen with all your needs. The 2nd bedroom is two single beds, so be prepared. The pull out coach waant the best, but thats to be expected. You will have to drive 15mins to all the activites, but well worth it. Plenty of towels, and washcloths at the house, none at the lake. The lake was amazing. Friendly staff,the boats were amazing, and the pool was slightly heated. Its chilly out there even for summer,so...

The Trip was terrible. The cleaning staff was terrible the couch which was a pull out bed was seen with hamster/mice or rodent poop, The dishwasher smelt like dead rodents so we had the wash the dishes normally(I’m lazy). The whole trip in the Poconos sucked because there wasn’t no rides or anything to do while in the Poconos its not like I’m a nature person, I want to go in trips and have some fun.
