Trafalgar Village Resort — Hotel in Kissimmee

If I could give this place no stars I would. So my vacation started off to a wonderful start not!!! The house is disgusting there are mysterious stains on the floor, walls, cat and dog hair on the furniture, hair in the drain, dirty moldy chairs and a missing light bulb!!! The wifi was not on, the cable bill was not paid and we were surprised the lights worked! When we attempted to contact management we got the run around. Then we had to spend 8 hours yes 8 hours to get someone on the phone to get my family and I out of this wreck of a house. To only find out that this rental should not have been rented to start with! I don't know if this is a singular incident but we are extremely unhappy and disappointed that our vacation has been semi ruined. All in all rent here at your own risk but I definitely do not recommend this place at all except if you want to...
