Trafalgar Village Resort — Hotel in Kissimmee

I would love to give a 5 star rating because it had the potential, the house was beautiful but the pool wasn't cleaned when we arrived which was a big problem and it didn't get cleaned until the 7th day but our stay was for 8 days. The a.c to our unit didn't run at night so expect hot and sweaty nights; the screen surrounding the outside of the pool was broken so bugs occasionally got in throughout the vacation and the wifi wasn't the best. I went for an event happening at the clubhouse. It's a very nice and clean area. The staffs are very professional and very polite. They are willing to help. The design of the place is very nice. They really thought of the place. They do have a movie theater, pool area, and others. The pool area does provide an area to sit at a table, area for shade, and a very nice counters to put other food or other things. They do have a microwave and fridge outside by the pool area.
