Greenlinks Condo — Hotel in Lely

I was very disappointed with this. My family and I reserved this place for the Christmas weekend through Bookings.com and made our reservation to enjoy the weekend. When we got there we called the lady who owns this private place to give us the code to enter into our stay. When we called she told us that there was no reservation made. Since we did it through Bookings.com it told us that it was already reserved for a night, but she said she does not do reservations for one night stay and in Bookings they did not let us know this since on the website said it was okay for a one night stay. We came from a 5 hr drive to this place and were very disappointed with how we were treated. Th least she could do was let us stay since we already paid....

Nice location and great pool. They are recovering from the last hurricane, but it is a great place to vacation...

I have been visiting this place for 7 years,with a group of friends....
